Misleading information about estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery on their system is totally off. The warehouse in Athens prepares the parcel 4 days later therefore the fast delivery option is a waste of money. Their website promotes fast shipping with ACS for 8.5€ with estimated delivery "the next day" which is misleading information in order to pay the extra shipping costs. The only way to contact them is through Messenger (FB). They gave me the option of canceling the order with full cashback and so the review receives two stars

Terrible customer service

I order an inflatable Kayak. One of the inflatable baloons had a very slow punture. I returned the baloon and received an acknowledgement that they received it. I thought great they are going to solve the problem. Big mistake after more than a dozen emails and messenger messages I just get an automated response and then nothing. Six months and still going

5 euro charge for nothing

I ordered something a few days ago, told them to cancel the order and they sent my order two days after i told them to cancel it. Now not only do i have to wait for it to come, and then return it but they also charge a 5 euro fee that could have been easily avoided. Such a joke!!!
