I ordered goods, which were divided into two deliveries. The first delivery received half of the goods that were supposed to arrive, the second delivery was postponed because the goods were missing. I'm still waiting for the products, with no specific date for delivery.
Summary. Time, effort and money wasted, goods are not available, you have to spend time, effort and money again to buy goods elsewhere.

Very poor experience with Decathlon…
Very poor experience with Decathlon bought a bike for them from there second hand ones..
First ride out only 5 km the pedal fell off, the pedel was loose and the thread on the bottom bracket was cross threaded and and stripped.
We took it back for repair, 3 weeks later after a 3 day return promise. The bike had the worst bodged repair i have seen. The did not replace the part the tried to re thread it with a bush, with sharp edges and the fact the pedal was not even 90 degrees to the arm now. It looked awful. I asked for a credit of the part price 70 euros but this was refused. I guess i have to wait another three weeks to see if the now complete a genuine repair, not a good service for a compa y like this. Slow and without care

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying anything on line.
Firstly the scooter i ordered was never delivered to my address. It took me a week for someone to take responsibility.
They then said they would refund my payment but never did.
I contacted them regularly asking where my refund was.they told me it eould take q5 days.
But it was never refunded. I have contacted them over 20 times and all I get is AI replies. No one takes responsibility
It's impossible to find an actual telephone contact number.
By fare the very worst service I have ever encountered.
Eould advise people not to deal with this company.
I am still awaiting my refund.

Decathlon Spain is trying to imitate Amazon ,with a kind of marketplace for 3 party sellers ,however there back office (Decathlon Customer service ) is totally not equipped to handle this kind of sales, they do not even speak another language than Spanish ,although you order outside Spain..
I ordered a large item trough Decathlon at a 3e party seller outside Spain ,thinking Decathlon takes control of any issues during the ordering process and delivery .. Boy that was a big mistake .
They have no clue about shipping or are being able to control the actual shipping process from there marketplace partner .
They informed me about wrong delivery dates ,did not take any action upon my complaints and just referred to the seller outside Spain...what a customer service !
My advice buy these items in a real shop and not online ,it is tempting to buy online(like i did ) , because of the lower price than in the actual Spanish Bike shops ,BUT the cheaper price difference at Decathlon does not way up to all the time spend and the stress to finally get my order delivered .

Decathlon is a scam. How does it work?
You order an item. After that you get a message: ¡Tu pedido está confirmado! They generate a tracking code BUT THEY CANNOT SHIP IT WITH GLS. Their own website shows that the item should arrive in the store in a few days. But it doesn't. When you go to the store to ask, they say that the GLS shipping information has not been updated. But that's wrong. They don't pass the item on to the courier company because they don't have it. They order it from somewhere. You ALWAYS get wrong delivery times. YOU CAN'T KNOW THE REAL DELIVERY TIME ANYWHERE. Their phone, email, WhatsApp don't work, the store staff lie. I don't know if I'll get my money back. Apparently they stole about 200 euros from me. I asked GLS customer service, Decathlon didn't give them the item but only made a shipping code. They think people are stupid and don't understand. ... but they still managed to steal 200 euros from me.

Not trustworthy, use a terrible delivery company
I opted to order from Decathlon, rather than one of the cheaper competitors because i mistakenly thought they would be more reliable. My delivery has not arrived after 14 days, despite specifically ordering an item that said 1 business day delivery, the company they use for deliveries (celeritas) are absolutely terrible and literally has 0 way to contact them & a broken website. Decathlon also has terrible customer service. I ordered the Padel rackets for my 3 week vacation on the first day now i'm 2 weeks in with no rackets. Disguistingly bad company would highly recommend to shop elsewhere.

If I could have placed a zero stars review i would have!!!! The most incompetent and frankly disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. They call themselves bike technicians and I only took these particular bikes back to the store as we bought them there 18 months previous. This was in the logical assumption that they have experience of their own brands and stock replacements parts for their own models. How wrong can you be. After waiting almost two days for the bikes to be repaired, when I got there the more senior and complicated of the two bikes had exactly the same problems as when I brought it in to them( they promised it would be ready the next morning!) I stood watching for over an hour and a half whilst 3 of them - yes 3 of them - made themselves look utterly ridiculous in front of us as they couldn’t solve the problem. It was so painful that we said “look please give us the bike back and a refund and we’ll find someone who can fix the bike as you certainly aren’t able to! But no they persevered and weren’t happy with my suggestion as if I had I offended them in some way and that my suggestion wasn’t required and that I should show some respect??? Really! bike not ready until 24hrs after promised, bike not fixed at all when we arrived, 90 mins later still not fixed. I honestly don’t feel that they warranted any respect given that they were charging me €34.99 for the repair!! Anyhow they kept going and told me it was fixed so I sent my son into the car park to try the gears and the wheel and gear guard fell off as they hadn’t tightened the screws and bolts correctly. At this point we demanded an immediate refund only to be told that they can’t refund any service payments and my wife had to accept a credit note. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional behaviour . Please never shop in this store they treat you very badly and certainly have no Idea of the concept of paying customers keep the company open and their staff salaries paid. Avoid at all costs !!!

Horrible service! Don’t order online as they will asked you to collect from the shop! Even though it's easy access from the street. delivery company never contact me. never give a frame time when they can make delivery never get the email and as you can see below they said they couldn't deliver the package. I'm waiting over 3 weeks. It's ridiculous. And at the end they ask me to collect it from the below you can see email which I got it after several phone call and visit in the shop!

Poor online order service
I bought 2 items online. One was delivered promptly and the other through a 3rd party site. Once I'd paid, i was informed that the 2nd parcel would take 30 days to be delivered, too long for me as I was going on holiday and had wanted to take it along. When back from holiday the parcel was there but I no longer needed the item so I returned it. I was given a refund for half the cost and had to pay for the parcel to be returned. I'm pretty miffed about this as I wouldn't have ordered the item if I'd known about this. Not sure I want to order from Decathlon again.

I went into Decathlon at La Zenia because I had a fault with my Riverside 500e bike, they said my battery was dead, it is 6 days out of warranty, they put it on a diagnostic test and told me that the battery had not been charged for 575 days, which is rubbish, I use my bike daily except for the last 3 weeks because my daughter came over to visit, the assistant sent for a manager who's name was Jorge, who just wouldn't listen to my proof of using my bike with the 2 apps I use to record my distance and times with the dates on, he wasn't interested that I had brought my bike in less than 4 months ago for a service and to have a new tyre and puncture proof tubes on both tyres, he was no help to me at all and said that I could have logged on to my apps using a different bike, this is when I felt insulted that he accused me of being dishonest, I am a 71 year old man and sweared to him on my grandchildrens life that the bike is used regularly and not has you says 575 days without charging the battery, the assistant Dani was very helpful and believed me when I showed him my apps, but your Manager Jorge needs to be more understanding with their good customers who use Decathlon regularly and spent a lot of money with them, in the end I could do nothing other than buy another battery at €374, beware of dealing with these people!!!!!

Delivery came right when I was told to expect it, so I was at home, and received my delivery smoothly.
The actual product, a yoga mat, is totally worth it. It has the comfort and portability I wanted.

After visiting the store 3 times I still was not able to rent a bike for my daughter.
Huge disappointment.
The stores rely on a “ticket system” where they log incidents like this but they never get any resolution.
Do not say you offer a service if you can’t deliver it.

0 Stars – Decathlon Spain: Shocking Customer Service & No Accountability
I purchased two bags from Decathlon on the 22nd of July, expecting them to be shipped to the Mijas store for collection. Instead of a smooth process, I was met with complete incompetence. The shipment never arrived, and the notification simply stated the package would not be delivered, no explanation, no solution.
When I tried to contact Decathlon and GLS (their courier), it was a nightmare due to language barriers and poor online support.
Decathlon misinformed me, telling me to "wait," while my time was running out. Left with no choice, I had to investigate myself and eventually discovered that GLS had my package the whole time!
Because of Decathlon’s negligence and lack of urgency, I wasted €28 in cab fares just to track down my own order. Now, when I demand reimbursement for their mistake, they’ve gone radio silent.
This is unacceptable. A simple delivery turned into a costly, stressful ordeal because Decathlon doesn’t care about inconveniencing customers.
They take your money, provide zero support, and refuse responsibility. Avoid this company if you value your time and money.
Shame on you, Decathlon Spain. You bully customers with your terrible service and get away with it. Never shopping here again.
