I am extremely disappointed with the refund experience I have had. I repeatedly informed the team that I am unable to access the bank account to which the refund is being processed. Despite this, no alternative solution was offered. At no point during the purchase or return process was it mentioned that refunds cannot be issued to a different bank account, wallet, or gift card—especially for high-value products.
This lack of clarity and flexibility has caused significant inconvenience. The issue was created entirely due to your system limitations, yet the burden has been placed on me as the customer. I have asked multiple times how I am supposed to receive the refund if I cannot access that bank account, but I received no viable solution.
If options such as providing a new bank account, transferring the amount to the Decathlon wallet, or issuing a gift card had been available, this entire situation could have been avoided. Instead, it has resulted in wasted time, effort, and money.
This experience has left me feeling that the process is unfair and not customer-friendly. Overall, it has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

This was honestly a frustrating experience. I ordered a jacket and went to pick it up, only to find out the order was cancelled without any notification. No SMS, no call, no email. I felt completely ignored when I asked the staff for an explanation — she didn’t even bother responding and just moved on to another customer. I expected better from Decathlon. This really ruined my trust in the brand.

I bought a product online in India. The product quality was bad so i gave the negative rating. They removed my rating as its not according to their rules. This way they are just scamming people and we cannot see the right reviews on the product.

Decathlon India did a great job when the brand first entered the country. However, once it became established, the customer service experience—especially the online aspect—has deteriorated significantly.
Recently, I saw a Forclaz jacket discounted to ₹2,799. But when I selected it and moved it to the cart, the price suddenly increased to ₹3,999. I then moved it to my wishlist, and the price again dropped to ₹2,799. Both the S and M sizes showed the same issue.
When I requested an explanation from Decathlon India, I received a poor and incoherent response stating:
“Please note that the final price of the product is reflected in the cart and during checkout. The price displayed on the product page may vary depending on the size or variant selected, which is why you are seeing a difference between the initial display price and the cart price.”
However, there is only one variant, and both sizes display the same problem. All evidence was submitted.
This experience is similar to certain other websites where the initial price appears low but increases as soon as you attempt to check out. This is a deceptive and misleading trade practice.
Since I am a French national, I have a fair idea of how warranties work and how Decathlon functions in France and Europe in general. In Europe, if price is advertised at a certain price, the company MUST sell at that price, even if it was an error. Unfortunately, the company is starting to behave like a typical Indian company now. This, I fear, will not bode well for the company in the long run.

Extremely Disappointed with Decathlon’s Customer Service and Exchange Policy
I recently purchased a jacket from Decathlon online, and unfortunately, the size did not fit me as per the size chart displayed on their website. Naturally, I reached out to customer support to request a simple size exchange. To my shock, I was told that because the product was purchased during a sale, it was classified as “non-returnable.”
Firstly, my request was never about a return or refund – it was only for a size exchange. A jacket is not a perishable, intimate, or safety item that would normally fall under strict non-returnable categories. Nowhere on their website or during checkout was it clearly mentioned that even size exchanges are not possible for sale items. This feels misleading and unfair to customers.
Secondly, the tone and quality of customer service were extremely disappointing. Instead of trying to understand my concern and offering a solution, they simply copied policy statements. There was no effort to provide an alternative, compromise, or any sense of customer care. A brand like Decathlon, which markets itself as customer-friendly, should know that refusing even a basic size exchange is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is disheartening to see a global brand reduce customer trust by hiding behind vague policies and denying simple requests. If they cannot support loyal customers in genuine cases like this, then shopping from Decathlon online becomes a huge risk.
I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious before purchasing from Decathlon’s online store – especially during sales – as you may end up stuck with an unusable product and zero support from their customer service team.
Their service is pathetic – no flexibility, no willingness to help, and no value for customers. If this is how Decathlon treats buyers, I would strongly advise everyone to think twice before purchasing online from them. Once they take your money, you’re stuck with the product, whether it fits or not.
Better to shop from other platforms that actually care about their customers.

When I am trying to give the review they are declining my review saying not relevant. When I called their call center and discussed the matter they asked me to go in the shop nearby for exchange. When I went in the nearby shop they said it is online non exchange product we can't take it. They are fooling customers.

After that day I ask him I'm leaving my other interviews only for this company because I love to serve here I'm a sports person he said sir the team members looked into your CV they didn't think you are eligible for this.
Tell me one thing this thing you didn't get before when you are telling me to come there for the LOL Training.
