The order process encounters errors at the delivery step. The order cannot be completed. I’ve been trying for two days. I emailed Decathlon and they haven’t responded, and on Facebook they’re using a useless AI.

They rejects negative reviews. 👎🏻

I was în Cluj Napoca at Vivo .I asked for volieyball pants . I asked two employees they were talking to eachader and laughing. They responded that they only had it on the site and the pants I showed them weren't for volleyball .I went on the site and it had volleyball pants . When the pants came to my home they were the same pants I shoed them.
I'm not fine with the fact I paid the transport.
They weren't paing atention.

Great service from Decathlon Romania! Good products, fast delivery, and quick help when needed. Totally recommend!

I bought new products at bargain prices from them, to use for everyday work and other tasks. They're not amazing products, but I could order them easily, pay no shipping, and find exactly the right sizes in minutes.

I wasted countless hours shopping around my city when I could have just ordered from Decathlon. I'll never shop locally again for items like this.

The only complaint I have is that you need to add a billing address outside of checkout if you use Easybox delivery. It was a bit weird to do but not impossible.

Fake “product”

I spent 2 minutes (a google search led me there) on this site and I got a full screen pop up for their app at least 10 times. Insane aggressive tactics, never want this experience again

Over time I bought all kind of sports stuff from Decathlon. From sports shoes, shorts, T-shirts and a double layered jacked, to dumbbells and a camping table. I like the way the store is organised for each sport, and I almost always find a person there to ask if I can't find something. Their new auto scanners don't always work, but I don't mind. What I bought from them lasted me years, and it was also affordable. I like that they stick to their slogan: "Sport for all, all for sport!" :)

I purchased some sneakers from my local Decathlon store, but they were not in stock locally. Instead of notifying me of this and thus trying to order online, they canceled the order directly and also canceled the voucher I had originally received. When I notified the customer service by email I received a reply that the voucher will be valid if I reorder. Surprise! It was not valid. The incompetence of Decathlon employees is surpassed only by their lack of interest in their customers. Too bad, because Decathlon has some nice products, thus the 2 stars instead of just one.

In Timisoara (RO) the security personnel is really useful if we would live in Wild West 200 yrs ago .
Management, you might wanna look into it .

Sport for everybody!

delivery took 3 weeks, product return almost impossible

I am waiting for my order for 2 weeks already, which was supposed to be delivered today.
When I reached out to their support to ask why it didn't, they said that they already informed me it will be delayed by an additional week. Well, i have not received that information through any channel.
All in all, I will be waiting 3 weeks now for my products AND I will have to go pick them up from their shop in the middle of nowhere. The only good thing about Decathlon is their products.
