Company does not honor advertised prices
After 2 weeks of having confirmed my order, they said the prices were incorrect due to an IT-failure and simply canceled the order. According to them, I should have been able to notice that the prices were incorrect, even though the purchase was during the sales period (mellandagsrea).

WORSE SHIPPING - DAMAGED SNACKS!
We usually buy from Decathlon very often without issues.
This time I ordered energy bars for pick up in the store. They were totally smashed and falling apart once you open them. Luckily it was only few Euros so just threw it away, but still disappointing they deliver orders like this.
I dont understand how they ship an order with a paper bag only and no protection, ridiculuous. Time to start buying from smaller stores who actually care.

Shopping is good but costly delivery
Shopping is good, prices are great but delivering separate things and costing for each delivery in the same order is inconvenient and expensive. I had to remove several things in my order as it was shipped separately.

Bad communication with PostNord.
Bad communication with PostNord..
Although I didn't know that I need an Swedish ID to get my package, PostNord failed to deliver my package at home, stated that they would deliver at the nearest ICA and after 2 days I just got my money back from Decathlon... I've waited 2 weeks for nothing..

The product is broken and doesnt work 100%. It is a hassle to have to get a replacement part. I have to pay for you to send me a replacement part and then you will refund me.
