Terrible experience! Very responsive at the beginning with reasonable prices, that increased due poor initial quotation.
The manager of the day was extremely rude to me, he tried to delay the process to get paid overtime.
The came at 10 instead of between 8-9 that was agreed.
They destroy the mattresses with grease, the movers admit it and they said that they will provide cleaning, which never happened, although I ve sent several emails with photos the very same day to Edwina! Absolutely unprofessional and doubt that the good reviews are real!

Great Removal Company. Very organised and hard working team just moved my mum from a three bed house. The team were efficient and very hard working. Additionally, they were polite and accommodating. Highly recommend this company for removals

We had a great experience with Decent Removal. Aman, the driver, arrived on time, and was very professional and helpful. We have moved to London and all our things arrived safe and in good condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Decent removal. It's a good company, which offers a professional service at s reseanoble price.

Terrible experience. At first they seemed quick to respond, and reasonably priced.
We paid extra for packing materials that turned out to be some second hand boxes, a roll of bubble wrap and three rolls of tape. Most of the boxes were crushed due to their clumsiness, and two items of furniture have large grease stains (black grease, the type found in a van engine).
When I contacted them to discuss getting the items cleaned, they told me the insurance only covers items that a completely destroyed.
Please do not use these people. They arent much more than a "man and van" service, and they are NOT insured.

Aman and his team made what I thought to be stressful seamless. They removed and reassembled everything to perfection with care and consideration. Highly recommended.

Anything I say about Decent Removals will never be enough and I have nothing but total admiration for Aman and the team.
I had several hiccups in moving from one property to the next and despite various changes both Aman and Edwina were understanding and supportive.
The team completed the process in 1 day and carefully packed and delivered everything very carefully and with upmost respect.
Aman and the team are lovely people and I have no hesitation to refer them if you are looking for a professional service.

The team Aman, Haider, Abdul and Ali who did the removals for us were professional and excellent in everything they did. Nothing was too much trouble all done in a friendly and courteous way. They did not stop even for a break both loading at the old house and unloading 2x 3 ton trucks at the new house...just incredible.
Our belongings were also in storage for 3 weeks and arrived in impeccable condition.
Edwina who organised our move was brilliant on the phone. Very flexible and accommodating. Even delivering on a Sunday.
In summary Decent Removals are better than decent they are fantastic.
A big thank you again for all your hard work and professionalism.

If you need removals and packing , ONLY use this company. They are like a breath of fresh air. Nothing is impossible. Care and attention at every step of the way . Aman was good on overall arrangements and Salman exceeded all expectations. No damages on transport and packing of delicate items ( which we had many) was good and secure. Try them out to have a pleasant experience

The guys were professional and efficient, they made my house move so much easier. They were friendly and reassuring (they had to deal with over stressed tears from me!) But they really put my mind at ease and got the job done in good time, and with excellent maneuvering of my furniture through a very awkward front door! I would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with this removal company from the initial survey to putting our house into storage, the team worked relentlessly and hit the job done very efficiently… nothing was too much trouble and they took away our unwanted items and provided extra packing when we’d run out … highly recommended and will use again when we’re ready

Absolutely brilliant service. The guys arrived the morning of our move, immediately got on with the job and had us moved super quickly. They took great care with all of our things and packed the van to a very high standard. They were keen to help as much as the could with moving everything into the correct places so that we wouldn’t have to do double the work when unpacking.
Super friendly too, from the booking process all the way to when the van left at the end of moving day.
Highly recommend this company.

Outstanding professional service from Team Aman. I moved from slough 2 bed house to burnham 3 bed house and most importantly I was not feeling well on the moving day but these guys really managed to make my moving done so smoothly because they know best their job and protect all items properly including assembling and unassembling with less than half of the cost as compared to other big names. Highly recommend if you really want best service with lowest cost.

Impress with the professional approach. Turned up and got on with it, all packed up in good time and turned up at the new place and got on with the unpacking. Would recommend their services.

We have just moved with Decent Removals and they were prompt to arrive - were extremely polite and friendly and got on with the job immediately. I found them very knowledgeable and willing and the move went extremely well thanks to the three young men they sent. Being Ramadan it couldn’t have been easy for them but there were no complaints from them and they always came up with solutions when needed.

We moved today. Yes I am exhausted but not as exhausted as I would have been if it wasn’t for Decent Removals. Amazing bunch of people. Communicative, hard working, careful and highly professional. Really helped us with our move. Emptied the house last week and took everything to storage, then bought it all to the new house today and unpacked it. No damage, really hard working team and very polite. Great price too. Highly recommended
