Decisive Zone truly lived up to their reputation... by far.
A business associate advised making contact with them due to I was looking into the possibility to get a residency as well as a Visa for starting a business in Dubai.
I understood early that I would need professional help to make this happen without too much hassle.
It was really straightforward from the very beginning. From an initial interview to find out my needs to get a proposal and a quotation.
After some initial contacts with various people at Decisive Z and me giving basic information, I finally got my handler from the Client Service Team, Ruella Rodrigues.
She was extremely service-minded and helpful from the very beginning.
I felt really safe and that I was in good hands due to her professionality.
The communication about the different steps, the timing of these as well as what I had to be aware of, in terms of documents that needed to be signed and when I could expect them, was always prioritized. It was really a great service that made me feel that "I was in control".
I would say that nothing was overlooked from her side.
I have already recommended her and Decisive Zone to others with a clear conscience...
