Cheap copy of another company

Bad, very bad. They copied a business that has been selling and mainly MAKING these boots for decades. Now this company is exploiting slaves in China and trying to ruin the original makers. SHAME!

DISPICABLE SCAM ARTISTS

DISPICABLE SCAM ARTISTS! UGG (aka Deckers Europe Ltd) offer their Ascot Slipper for £63.99 via Google and price comparison websites. The offer is repeated on their website, but you cannot choose a size and therefore cannot purchase it at this price. Instead UGG the same slipper on another page at a whopping £130! So why are UGG using such despicable sales techniques? BECAUSE nobody would click on an offer for £130 for the slipper when searching online. So UGG try to blatantly hoodwink their potential customers with a NON-EXISTING offer in the hope that these customers do not mind spending twice as much once they are on UGG’s website! Do UGG not realise that they are creating instead a huge number of disgruntled customers, who will not forget their bad experience and will not only shun UGG in the future, but also create reviews like this one and tell their families and friends about a once great company that can no longer be trusted? SHAME ON YOU UGG!

I ordered a pair of uggs on 1st November 2024, I received an email on 5th November stating it was ready for collection, I attended the locker on 5th November and it was empty, my parcel had not been delivered. Very disappointed I won't be using this company again. I want a refund of £100 that I paid in full and am yet to receive anything, I am not impressed hence the rating of 1 for poor service. I plan to take this further with legal action.!

I was a victim of identity fraud that resulted in money being stolen from my account with Deckers Europe Ltd as the beneficiary. Despite multiple attempts to contact them through their customer service number as well as the listed main office number, I am still unable to get in touch with anyone. This seems to be in line with all the other reviews here.

Nu refund

I returned my Uggs items on 23 September, associated with order number EU9477702, and I am still awaiting a refund.
I have found the customer service experience quite disappointing, as I haven’t received any responses to my inquiries. I have even had to file a police report regarding this issue.
I would appreciate a prompt attention to this matter!

AVOID at all costs

Order number EU9548024 . Returned Uggs Boots on 16th September, still waiting for a refund. Very poor customer services, they just don’t care. I will contact PayPal and/or financial Ombudsmen if I don’t get my refund soon. Avoid the company.

Decker Brands don't give a ****!

Bought some TEVA sandals online. They never showed up. They have a customer service number you can call, but no one answers phone at any of their London numbers found online. Finally had to email and days later, Dekker Brands who bought TEVA claimed that the order was delivered, and sent me a photo from the courier. Courier allegedly put them in front of the door to a neighbors house rather than ring my doorbell or knock on my door (I was home!). They even sent pictures of the parcel in front of a door. Problems was the photo was not my neighbors door or any other door on my street. Now, nearly a week after I paid for them Decker says I have to wait for courier investigation (5-10 days). And if courier finds that they are at fault they will send me a form to fill out to send to Dekker to make a claim. FFS if they really cared about customers they would: 1) Answer their bloody phone. 2) Send another order immediately to replace the lost order. If lost order is found they could have it back. Instead, customer is screwed due to their or courier screw-up. Online shopping involves trust that goes both ways. Dekker have broken that trust. Will never buy from them again. If you do so, know that it is at your own risk, not theirs. I have bought and worn great TEVA footwear for over 10 years. Not any more, I'm heading over to Birkenstock where the customer is appreciated and treated right.

£150 trainers that last a few montha

Parent company of HOKA. I purchased a £150 pair of trainers from HOKA, which had disintegrated at the heel within 6 months of minimal wear. They refused to cover the damage under warranty. Do not buy from here, it is a rip off.

Customer service is bad and current…

Customer service is bad and current operations don't make any sense. My daughter received a gift and needed to exchange it for another size. I called and worked with a customer service rep to find something in stock in her size to exchange. They emailed a return label to me and I promptly shipped the shoes back. 2 months later we had not received the new shoes. I contacted support who said that the order was canceled. I was not contacted because I was not the original purchaser even though I gave my information when doing the exchange. AND.. we have no way to get another pair of shoes in exchange so the gift is just lost for her. The customer care reps insisted they were right and nothing could be done differently.

Steemer pot

I absloutly love cooking with my black n Deckers steemer pot . It's not just for rice! Perfectly made of course. I use it for potatoes. Cooking meat. Soup. Noodles. It's a mainstay in my kitchen. Works faster than an crockpot. Even with two tempature settings . I can melt cheese . Baking chocolate for Ganach. Even corn on the cob turns out tender perfect. They come in different sizes too .. I have a small one .

Don't order on line

I ordered a pair of Hokaone flip flops from Deckers. I ordered the wrong size and returned them within a week. That was in August and they said my return was never received, although I tracked the return and it absolutely received. I have the proof of delivery. It is now October and after several phone calls and e-mails I am still waiting for my refund. Horrible customer service. This is a dishonest company.

The UK branch of deckers brands have…

The UK branch of deckers brands have dispatched 3 orders all damaged and containing manufacturer faults or deliberate malicious damage to material and threads. Management requires spoken to about their conduct. This service is unacceptable and reflects badly on the company reputation. They lose profit due to their misconduct. Strange behaviour for a business.
