Quick, Easy, Genuine.
Bought a booster box of Journey Together, It arrived within a week and came sealed with the original wrap. Since the hit rates in JTG are so high almost half of my boxes packs contained hits. I originally found this site out of the blue on google when looking for the box itself and I'm quite thankful I did knowing that I can receive the genuine and non tampered product and at a great price too with it being *slightly under the current market price on TCGPlayer (*$219 as of purchase = £163 converted, £155 on deckhead when I purchased it.). So overall a great experience with deckhead, I'll be sure to check them out for anymore upcoming drops.

No communication, very late order
Was a pre-order that was delayed I think, no communication from the retailer informing me about the delay.
**Updated and downgraded to 1 star as I cant give 0. After checking junk mail there has been no communication from the retailer and I still haven't received the item ordered. The reply to my review was clearly lies and empty promises saying the item would be sent when a week later I still haven't received it. **
Would do best to avoid this retailer.

We worked up until 11pm last night to get all items packed ready for collection today as they only arrived at 4pm yesterday. If you would like to cancel the order and aren't happy with our service please drop us a email at hello@deckheaduk.com and we can get this cancelled and refunded for you before collection at 3pm.
Additional response to your update - You have received Tracking details days ago, unfortunately with running a small business as just a small team, we are unable to hand deliver all items and when the item is sent it is out of our control as to when it gets delivered. Of course if there is then issues with the delivery we are more than happy to get these resolved as soon as possible. Please feel free to email us again as stated above and we are happy to provide proof of all of the above discussed. Wish you all the luck with your pulls from your box when it arrives.

We are so sorry to hear you aren't happy with your experience.
Unfortunately items were Delayed originally by Bandai, this was completely out of our control.
We sent out multiple emails as well as social media updates. We apologised repeatedly when we realised your emails had been bouncing we also made sure we contacted you by text to make sure you got the updates after this.
As you can see from our previous reviews we made sure to update everyone as we got the information.
After receiving then delays with Evri and tracking not updating we contacted everyone affected and offered compensation and either the option to wait or have a full refund.
You responded to this with Threats and Abuse, we proceeded to refund your order, which you received well within the 2 weeks.
As the owner yourselves of a small TCG company, Evolution Cards we would have hoped out of everyone you would have been more understanding that sometimes these things happen and are out of our control.
We sincerely apologies again for the issues with your order but believe this maybe a case of no matter what we did, you would not have been happy.
