Never heard of this retailer before but they had a really good deal on a box of Digimon cards so took the risk and it’s safe to say I would use them again. Very easy to deal with and fast shipping

They confirmed and shipped my order right away. And got from Scotland to Wales in 2 days with 2nd class , which is quite good I thought. I had a couple questions about something both before and after I had received my order and both times they got back to me very quickly and couldn't of been more helpful. I think it was David I spoke to who was very friendly and professional.

Brilliant packing. Many other websites I’ve bought from have bent the packs but not once with deck.market

Bought a very popular Pokemon set but unfortunately it was lost in the post. Deck Market has been most helpful and patient that they immediately set aside another set while we gave the post some time to arrive. However it never did. Deck Market sent us the replacement set by very quick delivery.
Customer service is key in this competitive market these days. Deck Market definitely has great communication and customer service.

Excellent items and delivery

Had a great experience with these, I originally ordered a booster box which unfortunately was stolen from my safe place when delivered, so I got in contact and they had no issues with replacing my order with items of the same value when they really didn’t have to as the issue was no fault of theirs. Would definitely use these guys in the future for card orders :)

Had problems with delivery but was sorted out quickly when I realised the mail was going to spam.

I ordered a vivid voltage booster box as a gift at what was a competitive price online. Unfortunately the item never arrived however this was at no fault of deck market but rather royal mail (just one of those unfortunate things). I explained to David at deck market that I was ordering as a gift, unfortunately at this point the original item I ordered had since sold out but they were able to offer me a discount on individual packs and package them together to create a personalized "booster box" which was sent next day tracked delivery at no extra cost.
The original item never did arrive but I was offered a full refund which I was very happy with as well as discounted substitute, so overall incredible customer service and very happy with the product received. Would recommend 100%.
