Subsequently I heard nothing from him. He totally ignored me. Most discourteous and unprofessional.

Sheena is absolutely wonderful!
While employing a professional declutterer can feel like a really hard decision to make (cost, the nagging feeling ‘I should be able to do this myself and the worry of being judged) it really is a hugely returning investment.
Financially I think I’ve saved money by not having to constantly replace things I’ve lost as can now find them.
Plus I now just make better purchase decisions and do a lot less impulse purchases as question more now if I really need it, where will it go and can I make do with what I already have.
There’s also always the option of buying selling things.
I was realistic that I’d probably not get round to it so one of the HUGE benefits is she takes things away for you if they can be given to charity. That in itself gives time back.
As well as helping you organise she leaves everything looking utterly beautiful.
She’s a wonderful listener so don’t feel bombarded that you’ll just be bossed about as she isn’t like that at all. She is kind and understanding and lovely to spend time with bringing turning chaos into calm.
She works to your families needs so her solutions will be different for every family.
I highly recommend Sheena and honestly couldn’t give a single negative, she is wonderful.

I felt overwhelmed by my paperwork and turned to declutterondemand. Susanna arrived with a small suitcase of supplies, including bags for all my shredding, label maker and even took things to the charity shop afterwards. It was so helpful to have her quiet encouragement. I felt no shame at the state of my room and was able to make decisions far more easily with her presence. I filled four bags with unwanted papers, a full bag for the charity shop and have been motivated to keep going. Highly recommended.

I was in despair about my son’s room and Jo not only made sure it was tidy and organised but she taught him top tips to help keep it that way. She was calm and highly professional and he actually enjoyed the experience!

I found this company to be extremely professional. Crystal was amazing at organising, arranging and decluttering my entire garage, and even packed up my car with everything for the skip and took some charity boxes away. It was completely stress free for me. I would definitely recommend.

I was nervous about booking a 'Declutterer' and inviting a stranger into my home - my messy, cluttered, out-of-control home! BUT, when I met Kim, all of my stresses and anxieties about being judged drifted away.
Kim was BRILLIANT. She was calm, patient, listened and was empathetic. There was absolutely no judgement from her at all. In fact, she saw through the clutter and was positive about getting results.
Together, we started going through the 'Doom' boxes in my craft studio and, before I knew it, we had floor space and organisation.
Kim really has helped boost my motivation and has empowered me to keep going. I no longer feel ashamed and will be booking Kim to come back and help organise other parts of my home.

Life-changing!!

Jen was a great help at helping me clear out my spare room. The pace of going through was just right without being too overwhelming and she provided helpful suggestions for follow-up activities. All communications from both Jen and the wider organisation were very clear and helpful throughout. I really enjoyed working with her and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for this service!

Leticia was excellent. Very helpful and capable. We got a lot done in the time.

I find keeping my house ordered very difficult, but when Francesca came, we made real progress. She was great, and somehow with her help and sensitivity, I was able to make difficult decisions. It is amazing what a difference sorting out that area has made - both in terms of space and my mental health! I would highly recommend you get in touch if you are struggling too.

Just wanted to thank Sarah and Jen for coming to the rescue and helping calm down a overwhelming situation after moving.

So helpful that my tidying-hating spouse suggested that we get her back when we have enough money, and my seventeen year old’s room looks much better after she helped him with it . I can give no higher praise than this!

Professional service, kind, understanding and very efficient and helpful

The whole process was smooth. Hannah and Sophie were amazing. I and one of my children find choosing what to keep and what not to keep extremely difficult, but doing the de-cluttering with both of them on two separate occasions was not stressful at all. A brilliant service. I needed help decluttering after my husband passed away. Helen did a fantastic job, very quickly too. She was very mindful of my situation and didn't push.

Vikki is a life saver, she helped me out so much. She was so understanding and lovely to talk to for the 4 hour session. They come with their own cleaning supplies if needed. Arrived on time. My house was an absolute mess but now its organised and i have so much space! Thank you so much!

Catherine gave me immediate solutions for the piles of boxes and clutter sitting in my new home following a divorce. I'd become overwhelmed emotionally and unable to action anything. Within four hours my house was transformed, with all the clutter sorted and stored into my now perfectly organised dressing room. I was so happy after my first session that I've had her continue helping me with updating my filing system, to get ready for a visit from an overseas guest, to develop strategies for house repairs and renovations including dealing with a problematic situation with a tradesman. Catherine has years of experience, and brings lots of tools and resources that she uses to help (inc. her labelling machine and her extensive professional contacts -- such as a solution for a heirloom mink stole I didn't know what to do with -- she coordinated its sale to a costume company!!).
I absolutely 100% recommend Catherine's services. Her results melt the stress and angst away . . . and you will benefit from organisational systems that will keep your home life ordered for months and years after she has left.

This is my second booking, so very very worthwhile for both. Can't recommend Kim enough. This service is great for moving, unpacking and everything inbetween!! I was nervous about going down this road at first, but so glad I did and I wish I had done it sooner!!!!!
