Do NOT order clothing from this…

Do NOT order clothing from this company. My husband ordered a “Puffer Jacket” from this company for $102.00 and what he received was absolutely nothing like the pictured product. It was very misleading and reaching out to return it has been met with dead ends for both my husband and myself. We have yet to hear back from them and it may be because all of our emails have come back as unable to send due to the fact the email address is invalid.

no customer service responses re: defective product

no customer service responses. I received a defective "heated" vest. (it was not heated although advertised as such. ). I bought a battery. the vest did not heat and the wires were "messed up" inside. only half of the vest has heating wires. it is defective. I got taken. I can not contact anyone and no one has contacted me after a number of times i tried to reach out. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
