I live fairly local so asked if I could view an item - the answer was no, we are on-line only. I then asked if I could have more photos of the item as they were quite poor. Still waiting so I’ve given up. Customer service is non existent.
We are still waiting on a clock that we bought through selling antiques. I wouldn't recommend buying from them or from selling antiques which is who we went through.

I was sold an item, they emailed me details to send over payment of £650, they took my money - only for me to have to chase a delivery date. On doing so...they finally told me they didn't actually own the article any more! My PayPay refund has taken nearly four weeks to be returned. Buy from them at your peril. Better look elsewhere would be my sincere advice.
I sent a £1,500 cheque to Deco World for two pieces of furniture. The cheque was cashed. They did not provide me with a receipt or attempt to contact me regarding a delivery date. After several e-mails I asked for them to return my money. They said they would refund in full the total amount. They did not return the money and made no further contact with me. I sent them a recorded letter stating I would take to court which was returned to me 'not called for'. I made a claim against Deco World on Money Claim Online. The notice of issue was sent with no response. A warrant was issued and a Bailiff made 7 attempts to issue it with no reply from Bailiffs letters or visits and the warrant was returned to the court. I eventually got my money back after going to Stephen Llyold my MP in Eastbourne who wrote a letter to the Bideford MP. This took over a year to get my original £1,500 back, but lost several hundred in legal fees. So be warned about dealing with this company.
Trading as artdecoworld.co.uk and deco-world.co.uk (formerly a shop in Bideford Devon "Deco World" now closed). Very poor customer focus and service. Having purchased an expensive item was awkward in arranging a delivery date: more to suit them than me: "we're not Amazon"- no, but you still need to be helpful! Damaged on delivery (acknowledged by their appointed courier), but then refused to acknowledge it. Shame, as would have bought more items. Not now.
