Deco art customer service order is TERRIBLE. They are rude and try and make you feel like it is your problem. My order is apparently lost in the mail (for over a week) and they are not being helpful at all. They said “I suggest you choose another carrier next time” however, it doesn’t give an option of which carrier to use. They said “well, I can’t make the mail deliver it any faster” and that was their only “help” they could give. I do not recommend using them!!

Scam! I paid for an art piece then received an email indicated that my order had been “canceled at my request” even though I never canceled. I sent an email asking why this happened with no response.

There’s no phone number and no email reply ever even though they say customer service is there priority.

I ordered a picture series on 4/30/22 and I have not even received any word about the status of my order. And no response from an email that I sent a couple of days ago!
