Beautiful product - very fast delivery to the US.

Bought a Burgundy iPhone 17 pro case which wore down within two weeks. Customer service handled the issue swiftly. A new one was sent but after a few days of light use, same problem. Conclusion: very poor quality casing.

I ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro case from Decoded not realizing it was shipping from Europe. I later returned to read the page for the item on their website and there it was...the small print regarding tariffs that "may be" added to the cost of the item. The case arrived in good time but no import duties were charged until, one MONTH later FedEx notified me that I owed them another 45 dollars for tariff and customs fees. This seemed rather steep given the item was 60 dollars. While I like the case, had the additional tariffs been clearly noted on their website I probably would not have ordered it. While Trump's tariff wars are clearly to blame, being paid by the consumer despite his assertions otherwise, Decoded should have made things clearer - they did not!

This is a cleverly designed iPhone wallet. And the concept of making the case enclosing the iPhone separable from the wallet cover is brilliant. Unfortunately, the connection between the enclosing case and the wallet itself is not secure and, if one holds onto the wallet without also securing the enclosing case, the iPhone falls to the ground, depending on the height, possibly hard. Don't rely on this case to protect your iPhone.

Good product, very expensive shipping cost

Great product and lovely leather, nice to find a colour that wasn’t black or brown. Seems v well made. Fast delivery to UK.

Price was fair. Delivery was prompt. The case has beautiful form, fit and function.

Silicone Case does not stay on the Airpods Pro 3 lid

DECODED sent an invoice to me stating my correct shipping address then sent a note stating they shipped the case to NOT that address. They haven’t responded to my 2nd note about incorrect shipping address. The first was to let me know the email was not monitored by a person. And now they send me this How Did We Do email. I’d give it an F.

It's a great product. Specifically, the magnet.
My partner placed the phone on top of the car when he was need to zip his jacket. He sits in the car, and drove away. The phone was still on the top of the car, when he reached his destination.
The product cost much more, than expected, on the end. Taxes, shipping and duty. $35 CA just a duty😒, but it worth it.

If you live in the United States, this is an international transaction and there is no free shipping since the company passes on the customs fees of $54.00 to the you, the customer. Complete rip off! Very regretful purchase!

No accountability

High quality phone case. The delivery came well packaged and relatively in good time. I really love the design and feel of the case and it’s very premium! It was also one of the only cases I found that cover the camera (Iphone 17promax model) and don’t look tacky or cheap. Highly recommended for premium classic cases !

The case looks great out of the box. After only three weeks of normal use, the leather started wearing off at the edges. Now, after three months, it looks like it’s been through years of heavy abuse. I work in an office environment and handle my phone with care, it’s either in my pocket, on my desk, or in my hand. So this level of degradation is completely unacceptable for a premium product.

Perfect case, fast delivery !

It has amazing quality, it doesn’t feel cheap at all and has resistance. It feels like thick leather and it’s very hard to take off which is really good when you drop your phone or anything. It worth the money I can tell it will last me for YEARS. It has a sleek lol as well and very aesthetic.

For years, I used genuine Apple cases. They would get damaged for the slightest reason, often in less than a month. Your cases are significantly more durable; in addition, they are very tasteful and elegant.

Furthermore, I needed to ask a question and request some help, and your response was immediate and truly helpful.

Based on all of the above, I am very satisfied.

It's been a week since the order arrived at DHL Lisbon, and today is January 8th and they still haven't delivered the item, which is a shame. I don't feel like buying anything from your website anymore with such a bad delivery service.
