Worse experience in my life. I booked with decolar.com my flight tickets to Europe and they refuse to amend to the correct spelling my last name despite the fact British airways would do it for free when booking directly.
Highly unprofessional!!!

The worst customer service ! When you have problem with the website nobody can solve the problem . I asked for a supervised and the agent said they don't have supervises . I bought a ticket online I the website hold the money but did not process the transation . I never received a confirmation number . I called the customer service and the teriribke agent told me to wait . I asked to buy another ticket he said nothing he can do . I am so frustrated and upset . I don't know how this company is on the market . They are the worst ever

Parabéns à Decolar pelo alto grau de profissionalismo demonstrado por ocasião da prestação dos serviços que contratei, infelizmente, depois de alguns anos utilizando os serviços da Decolar na Europa e agora nos USA e Caribe (Punta Cana), tive uma experiência desagradável com o transfer no aeroporto de Nova York (JFK) dia 14 de agosto de 2015, que embora meu voo tenha chegado no horário, fiquei no local e horário combinado, mas o transporte não chegou, permanecemos por uma hora e meia aguardando. Esse ocorrido não abalou minha confiança nos serviços da Decolar.com, só solicito que seja revisto o serviço de transfer oferecido na aeroporto JFK.
