The curtain isn't wide enough although…
The curtain isn't wide enough although I measured it. Reason is the hoops cause the fabric to sit in waves which has not been taken into account in the measurements given online, ie it doesn't stretch the 82" advertised

Having recently redecorated our lounge
Having recently redecorated our lounge, we also bought new curtains from you. I stupidly tried, in vain, to remember the sizing of the curtains we bought previous from elsewhere. I completely got both sets of new curtains wrong, so then had to send them back.
All of the sending of the curtains back is done online and I'm not very good with technology. But Deconova were absolutely brilliant in helping me through it, and I might add, very patient with me.
I managed to email back and take a photo of returned curtain receipts for a refund and send them by email. They always got back to me promptly.
I now have the proper measurements of the 2nd lot of curtains which have arrived and are up and hanging beautifully. I just have to buy a curtain steamer to get the creases out. Ironing is not an option as I hate ironing!!

I will definitely be using you again.
