The upfront payment for services may be off putting for some people, but this is a solid company and one of very few that will not demand a costly survey to provide you with a quote, which is extremely important if you are claiming through insurance. They will do their best to work with the photos and videos you have sent them. The team that visited my flat was very professional and helpful in answering my questions and did a really good job of removing the mould and sealing the area to prevent further spread. I can recommend them to anyone who is having mould issues and needs a professional help

Decon Response did a fantastic job removing mould in our garage. Lindsay responded quickly to my initial inquiry and talked me through the process in a professional and friendly manner. The quote I got was considerably cheaper than from other companies for the same job. The technicians arrived on time and were also friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They completely eradicated the mould. I will definitely be using them again if needed.

George and Jack did a fantastic job of removing the mould from our house - George made sure we were well-informed about what was happening before and after, and promptly shared the report so we could review recommendations to prevent future mould.

The problem was to identify and then to eradicate a fairly severe mould issue. The service we received was swift, efficient and successful. The problem was quickly determined, and thoroughly dealt with. The cost was competitive compared to other mould companies, not least of all because many others wanted to carry out a preliminary and separate visit simply to identify the problem; Decon Response combined the initial visit with remedial work, although because of the extent of the works required they had to come back for further visits. The standard and quality of the staff, both at managerial and operational levels was outstanding.

George at Decon Response is very knowledgeable about his trade. The mould remediation was very thorough including a fumigation service to renew the air quality in the property. He also drew up a report to find the root cause of the problem with the property and advise the owners on next steps. Friendly and great service when I called in to arrange. I can definitely recommend Decon Response and will be keeping a note of their contact in case I need to work with them again.

I write concerning work done at my property. Bath-room and Kitchen mould removal. Dan visited the property and completed the work. The report sent to me was very professional with useful information for future improvements. Lauren dealt with this matter in a pleasant manner.

I cannot recommend Decon Response highly enough! They recently came out to my elderly grandparents home to treat/remove mould as well as rectify some repeat plumbing issues. The service received was flawless start to finish and we cannot thank the boys enough!

Have a pub and we had a problem with the gents toilets being overflowed and sewage spilling out on our Brand new Carpets !!!!

Called decon and they were able to send out someone who helped with the blockage and helped restore our carpets .

3 hours after the call they had technicians out on site and they were able to deal with both problems .

Don’t usually have faith in emergency companies to deal with issues but they sorted both .

I called Decon response to remove graffiti from my garden wall. George and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The wall is now spotless! Very happy with the result. Great company, would highly recommend.
