Fraudulent company selling cheap Chinese products which look nothing like the images on the website. They don't have a registered address listed on the site. Items mentioned on the website are lacking clear variants and descriptions. They sent me a wrong item and then refused to replace it with the correct one. I have tried to send them a consumer notice for this. At first they didn't provide me a registered company addresss. Then they provided me half of their address in order to mislead me and then when I managed to get the complete one from their GST details, they refused to accept the notice from the delivery post man.
Even their invoice lacks an address or gst number. Do not purchase anything from this site. Joyita is the person handling the customer support and is extremely rude, unhelpful and vague. She refused to address the issue, was extremely unprofessional and basically told me do what you can do we don't care. Complete cheats of the first order, I highly advise people to not purchase from this website.
