I ordered two lamps. Bases with silver shades. They were clearly shown online having a silk pleated shade, however when they arrived they were supplied with a completely different lampshade. When I contacted customer service, the company have only offered me a partial refund, minus the shipping for them mis-selling them. If you look online, they have many confusing photos. Some that don’t even match the description so be careful what you order. Communication is slow, they don’t pick up the phone and the customer service is obviously terrible. They are happy to contravene consumer statutory rights and protections unapologetically.
