I ordered a table and chair set. While it took a bit longer than expected to arrive we got regular updates. Unfortunately, the table arrived damaged. David was quick to send out a new one. We are expecting it next week. Again we were regularly updated. The quality of the table and chairs are what we expected, but hands down the customer service exceeded all expectations. I would definitely shop here again.
If it weren't for the great customer service and engagement, it'd be 1 star.
The website lists products for sale that are not in stock, and cannot be stocked.
If they have what you need, it's awesome. If they don't, there's no way of telling from the website. You just have to order and hope they've got it.

ANDREWS: ANTIQUE WHITE AND CHESTNUT BROWN 5 PIECE 60" RECTANGULAR EXTENDABLE DINING SET, BY SUNSET TRADING - I was very hesitant to order such a large furniture purchase online, let alone from an unfamiliar website. But prior correspondence/customer service (several) was very prompt and reassuring, refreshing in this day and age, so I finally pulled the trigger. And unbelievably, it was delivered two days later! The set arrived in perfect condition, well packaged but easy to unpack. It's well made, with a good weight to it; not light weight like sets you see in discount stores. Assembly took about an hour and was easy to do. The color of the stained wood is dark brown with some chestnut brown highlights (maybe can be seen in my pic). The white is not a stark white, but still white (not "buttermilk" color some sets are) in a matte finish but wipeable. I searched both online and in stores for the set I wanted, in the size I needed, and this set was competitively priced with everything I've seen. All and all, I'm a happy gal to have finally purchased this set.
The ordering process was easy, fast, and efficient. The white-glove delivery was done without any incident or damage. The entire process from beginning to completion was a pleasure and I would highly recommend Decor4Homes to anyone looking for a pleasant furniture purchasing experience.

The selection and pricing were excellent.
The entire process was superb except for shipping. Granted I'm in Denver and this shipped from NH, but we ordered and paid on Oct. 6th, ready for pick up Oct. 8, the sofa won't be delivered till Nov. 9th.
