After having a nightmare experience with gravelmaster I tried this firm. Brilliant and their customer service actually works. Thanks.

If you order from this company you will have no idea when your delivery will be made or even where your gravel is once they’ve despatched it. And neither will they! They use an absolutely terrible delivery company who cannot be contacted no matter how many times or what hour of the day you ring. The delivery company don’t even respond to Decorative Aggregates themselves.

We cancelled our order after over a week’s delay with landscapers waiting and unable to finish the job due to the lack of materials. When I cancelled, the sales person said it happened all the time.

To add insult to injury, several days after cancellation the delivery company sent me a completely fraudulent text saying that delivery had been made!

Worriyingly after spreading all the graphite grey slate on the garden I noticed that on the bag it stated ‘grey 40’ ? This presumably rerferred to the size? delivered which is not what I ordered which was 20mm and was too late to change So if you use this company CHECK YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR BEFORE LAYING IT OUT.

We ordered on the recommendation of a previous customer. We were not disappointed. The stone looks great. We were out when it was delivered but the driver left it in a carefully considered spot, obviously using his initiative. So pleased with the final result, and the customer service.

Easy to use website to order, a quick delivery date offered. Good value and good service. Would definitely recommend, exactly what we wanted.

Excellent service, item delivered promptly and exactly as described

Delivered on time. On first look the stones are really white but now they have been down and rained on i would say half are pink. Dosnt look silly but not as white white as expected. Nice size pebbles but would say a quater of the bag where small shingle like stones. Would buy again but just be aware you may need more to compencate for the smaller shingles.

Great product, looks good, value for money. Got it delivered where and when I needed it.

The end to end process was seamless. Delivery was prompt and dropped where I needed it with a phone call te let me know he was on his way. The stones where a good quality and look great in situ. The only minor negative is for the stones I order, only came in one lot size, so it meant I had to over order and then try get rid of loads. I suppose you can’t have it all 😉

This is not the first order of pebbles, on each occasion the drivers have been very helpful and the pebbles a good mix of colours, but we have run out so we will have to order anther bag , all good for someones pocket.

Ordered 1 ton of bagged gravel. Delivered promptly and driver very helpful. Gravel for paths and does the job well
