Damaged hatbox, no response
I have ordered from here before, had missing items but customer services responded promptly and sent out the missing items.
However, my last order contained a damaged hatbox, to the extent that the lid was broken. I sent images but had no response. I emailed again about a week later as a reminder as I wanted to wait and give them time to respond. As of now, it's been about 2 weeks since the enquiries and no response
