Ordered a flushing frenzy board game on December 6th with a promise of arrival way before Christmas. It got delivered on the 28th and when it finally arrived I got the wrong stuff, I sent a complaint but have yet to get a response. *edit* got a full refund, changing my review from 1/5 to 3/5

I ordered a Playmobil pirate ship for christmas gift to my son some weeks before christmas. Since I had not received any information about delivery on dec 30th, I decided to cancel the order. I have paused payment via Klarna and hope that Decorema withdraw the claim.

Ordered on friday and immediately after paying I received the bekräftelse and a "paket har skickats" directly afterwards.
Up till now I still don't have a tracking number and while I am usually quiet relaxed, I get a little anxious reading all those bad reviews here.
It seems that the Xmas weeks really have overburdened them (as the bad reviews are o ly in December) and the kundservice is trying to reply to everyone (would they make that effort if they would be a fake site?) But it still leaves a bit of a bitter and uncertain feeling if I have spend money on some fake thing.
I am willing to change my omdöme when I have received my package in time (aka till tomorrow) and/or have received a tracking number.

Edit, 22.12., 16:00: received an answer that my paket is for sure in the way and Johan is looking into getting my tracking number. Why didn't you just look into it and send the number directly via email?
I am reading a lot about wrong packages or used/Chinese ware. I hope I receive a tracking number or my paket tomorrow max 14:00, else i would like to make use of my right as a customer and receive a full refund

As it is 14:00 oclock and i have neither received my package NOR an kind of tracking number, i hearby cancel my order and i want to be fully reimbursed within 3 days. Understand, that i will also write the whole thing via email to you. Should i not receive the money in time, i will have to get in contact with konsumenten and/or polis to get my money back

Will never order here again!
I ordered a beautiful print in a wooden frame. It took quite a while before it arrived. In the meantime, my ordered print was on sale!. I got a lot of excuses and they would send me an extra print (of my choice).
When my print finally arrived, the frame was damaged! I bought myself a new frame, and Decorema would reimburse the amount that this frame cost.
I am still waiting for my promised extra print and the money.
