I am getting a good result there. I was forced to accept a partial refund or return to a china address with high cost.
They openly represent themselves with a Netherland address and contact number ( fake ones), while its s China processed scam business.
You will receive timu quality items for 5 times more expensive.
Update on their reply: by looking at comments here its clear that im not the only one who got scammed. Where in your policy says that you are a china sales and returns goes there. Presenting yourself with Netherland address. Lets see how you will deal with law. Just need few more complaints to bring it all down.

My elegant trench autumn coat made me feel like I should be in a film. It ties at the waist beautifully, and the hem swishes just right. Shipping was predictable and clear. A surprisingly elegant purchase.

Scamming dropshipping store.

Careful! I placed an order, then I changed my mind when I realized this is a dropshipping store that just expensively sells cheap stuff from China. They threatened me to not refund my order if I refuse the DHL package delivery. Instead, they wanted me to send the package to their return center on my expenses. They didn't even tell me a return address. After I confronted them that this is against EU law, they removed their legal notice (Impressum) from their website and stopped responding. I had to raise a claim through my credit card provider in order to get a refund.
