This has been such a bad experience. I was expecting this to go smoothly and receiving a great product, but this unfortunately has not happened. It started with me having to pay a third of the whole item price on top, to customs (this should be made clear when one purchases the item!). It also cost too much, to send, etc.
Great chair mat, delivery took 4 days (from poland). Product OK.
I went online to buy one product. However, I was charged for two products. When I returned the second product I was expected to pay the duty to post the item back even though the fault was with the company. Looking at their website address I beleived the company was based in the UK however, it is based in Poland. Product was at best, average. Quite flimsy and the pattern looked less vibrant in real life. The product took three weeks to arrive and two months to finally get my refund(on the product, not the return postage) on the second product. Not good. Avoid.
AVOID -Charged hefty customs duties, no indication on website that I would be liable and no automatic way of knowing what threshold and what is charged so final price of order significantly higher than expected.

You have to return it to poland , must be so you wont return it cost more than the item
Very poor customer service and colour different to website. Return to Poland at own cost. Avoid and purchase from Amazon!
Very disappointing experience - sold as floor tiles but was poorly cut vinyl flooring, extremely flimsy and cheap looking and pattern did not line up. Had to return it to Poland - thought it was a UK company - also received an invoice for import duty. Just avoid
