Very dissatisfied with Dedeman.
Every-time I order a large piece of furniture I’m met with Dedeman’s driver saying “they cannot deliver it in front of building as the street is too narrow.”
I had same size furniture delivered to me by other brands without issue, also offering the service to carry it in your home.
Even if it’s a paid service, no one from Dedeman made it available for me upon purchase, only for me to find out afterwards carrying a large 160x200 by myself from 3 streets away from my original address.

This will be my last purchase ever from Dedeman.

I don’t recommend anyone to buy from Dedeman. The service is terrible, and they hide important information. They delivered the product we ordered, but they “forgot to mention” that the customer has to unload it themselves — they only bring it to the door. What is that supposed to be??

They won’t even unload the goods from the truck, even though the customer is paying for the service.
If you don’t want to do the unloading yourself, then don’t buy your construction materials from here.

The minimum expectation would be that they deliver and unload the ordered goods — or if they don’t have staff for this, they should say so at the moment of purchase, so the customer knows what to expect. I am absolutely not satisfied with the service.

Lady her name is Florea Alina si asked me if si can help I tell her that I don’t expect that much because in the ather Dedeman store the customer service and the supervisor was so rut thei change eyes ichader theling me thei can’t find my transaction for returning my tiles .
To the store Dedeman Ploieşti Obor All the personnel was so friendly. Customer service Florea Alina ask me if I can take a picture of the package of the tiles .I sed yes ,I went to my car I take a picture and bring her the barcode.in about 2 minutes si find my transaction si ask about the athere staf that I processed in that day si ask to bring the tile in for processing. Evrething take 5 minutes. To the Dedeman store Ploiesti Blejoi take me 2 hours with no help.
I like to thank to the management staf to the Dedeman Ploiesti Obor for the real customer support.

And to Ms Florea Alina who is a real professional person.Thank you .Thank you.for your Kindness.

A major disappointment – definitely not a 5-star hotel

We had high expectations, but sadly, this hotel did not live up to the 5-star standard. In my opinion, it’s more like a 3-star hotel, at best.

The food selection was very limited, and the queues were extremely long at mealtimes. Housekeeping was poor, and the toiletries—like shampoo—seemed to be diluted with water.

The only positive part was the kids’ room and the two sweet and dedicated staff members working there – they truly deserve praise.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in Turkey, including 4-star ones, which were far better in terms of service, food, and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this hotel was far below expectations, and I would not recommend it to anyone

I went into the store .it cost us over 12 euro the
trasnport with some friends to purchase some fitting for a vORTEX washing machine and we had an unpleasant experince The staff of the store are not adhere to health and safety policy some isle are not clean and represent an hazard for the custemers INSIDE the store .We spend over 12At the custmor department and show the components for fitting the washing Vortex the sales person did not have a clue about what we demand from him ,he sold us wrong item size we asked him about 4 times show him all the right size photos .The products sold by Dedeman soem are below standards of manufacturing quality ISO standards.I do not accept any excuses behalf of Dedeman sorry or or staff .My personal rewiw about Dedeman store lots of of the item are imported from China overpriced Sorry do not send me any email about support dedeman support or apologies .

Great company to deal with. Great prices, lots of items available, and the staff working at dedeman petrosani is very nice polite and helpful. I cant recomend them enough

The technician was come today and fix the problem but not what I want. And now is EvoSmart TW-20 with cables is working with boiler with condensation Ariston One 24. Now is working ok without install that wifi module inside. Only 2 stars they deserve. 🙁

I dont Even want to give one star never see so bad service before In a shop in my hole life i dont go in a shop to by a vacum is broke And after I have to wait 15 days insted just give me a new one or give My morney back i dont Pay for a varcum i have to sit And wait for 15 day never go in this shop pepole never see so stupid boss ind hole life the gipys
