It's a scam

It's a scam. The servers stopped working 10 days ago. I opened 4 tickets and haven't received a response. I still have no access, no response.

Stay Away!

I noticed their site went down for over a whole week at the end of August, beginning of September. Once the site was back up I still couldn't login into my account until the 27th of September! Also the Invoice weirdly was never emailed to me for September, but upon logging in I was able to see they invoiced me, and the invoice was paid on the 23rd. So next due date is October 23rd 2025. Come the night of Sep. 29th and my server just goes off. No warning, no notices, no communications, and I had just paid for another month! The server still hasn't come online since. All my support requests dating back to September 8th have not been answered and of course the tickets for this server just turning off have not been answered either to date. Just silence.

DO NOT USE! They are a SCAM

I don't know where to begin.

First, I cancelled a server and they still charged me monthly for it.

Second, I bought 2 servers and they were left on PENDING for 1 month straight and counting (still on pending)

Third, my server was disconnected and shut down halfway through the month without any warning and without any communication.

Fourth, they are literally MIA.. They have gone completely missing. They won't respond to tickets. It's been over 1 MONTH and no response to any tickets.

Fifth, their discord is just a discord with ALL channels restricted NOT allowing you to communicate with them.

Sixth, I'm not the only one to make these complaints. These guys are literally A SCAM.

DO NOT USE DEDIOUTLET.COM. They should be shut down and investigated.

No Response to Ticket

The ticket has received no response for several days. Even after payment, the invoice still shows as unpaid, and there has been no reply at all.

No service, no response, company looks abandoned

This company has been a complete nightmare. At first, I wanted to colocate my servers with them, but even before starting, problems began. Their website was down for 3 days straight. They have no phone number, no real way to get support. Response times are terrible.

I decided not to use their service and asked for my servers back. I sent the prepaid shipping labels twice in their system — files didn’t show — so I sent a Google Drive link. Even with that, they never shipped them.

It has now been 13 days since I first asked for my servers. Thirteen days without a single update, ignoring multiple messages in their ticket system. They have no active communication channels, no social media presence, and the accounts they do have haven’t been updated in years. Their Discord, Telegram, and all other channels have been abandoned for many years.

It honestly looks like this company is no longer really operating, not providing services anymore, and is about to shut down. My advice: do not hire them.

Aaron, the owner, please respond.

Catastrophic Infrastructure issues & 19 months of excuses!

Update 10/2025 Lawsuit filed 2516-CV23427 - CAROJOTO LLC V DEDIOUTLET, LLC. Order for Eviction issued 10/2/2025 and notice to vacate issued 10/3/2025. Glad I stopped listening to the BS and moved datacenters months ago!

Entire datacenter has been down NUMEROUS times over 19-month period 2023-2025! I finally moved to another provider after realizing it was one excuse after another!
Signed up in 10/18/2023.
10/23/2023 Discovered the entire IP block we were on was blacklisted by UCEPROTECTL3 for spam on the DediOutlet network.
10/29/2023 They had a layer 7 DDoS attack preventing us from accessing the portal.
02/28/2024- Our server was unexpectedly offline & the excuse was they physically moved it by accident to a new rack.
03/01/2024 Server abruptly lost power twice during a wind storm and APC failure in datacenter and corrupted files.
03/14/2024 Server kept shutting down repeatedly. Response was I was an "unlucky customer" and the breaker to the rack you are in was apparently bad and fried tonight.
04/17/2024 Server abruptly lost power, no backup power again and excuse was the UPS did not work again. They said due to this most recent incident, we have decided to replace the UPS to ensure a halt of these issues. I have located and purchased one and it will be on its way soon. This is unfortunate and extremely expensive set-back, but it should solve all further power issues once it is installed.
04/30/2024 Window reported another power failure Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power System
05/28/2024- The datacenter lost all connectivity for 11 Hours due to a fiber Unite Private Fiber cut. Was told "We will have another connection that doesn't run under the bridge this time to ensure this does not occur again."
06/04/2024 had upload speeds of 0.24/MBps on server.
06/23/2024- Server lost power again twice corrupting more files. Response "This forced me to purchase and install a new UPS, with new batteries and all. The new UPS is installed and ready to go once the batteries arrive. Once that happens, there should be no risk of momentary and abrupt power outages. The installation of this device is to ensure power availability 24/7/365."
07/22/2024 RDNS stopped working and had to be reported to fix.
07/22/2024 UPS was finally repaired to address long time power issues!
03/24/2025- 7:30am Another "FiberCut" and no connectivity! Server was down 14 hours! They were supposed to already have another fiber line to prevent this but said in the ticket they didn't do it because they had to buy the APC!
05/07/2025 Server was down again all day due to "a supervisor line card in our core router."

They also responded to me confronting them about not getting the second fiber line for redunancy they had promised a year ago and said:

I recall you bringing up the plan to get a diverse route after last year's incident. You are absolutely correct, and that was the plan, however sudden issues with our UPS put that on the back burner due to the financial constraints the new UPS incurred. After the last incident, it has been brought to the front burner and a diverse route is being worked on now. We are waiting on permitting and approval from the city, and then they will start running the lines. There's no ETA yet,

Unless you are piddling around, this is not a viable or reliable source for server co-location.

Best Less-Than-Quarter Rack Colo in the Midwest

When searching high and low for <10U colocation, DediOutlet came up buried under a couple other providers. They were happy to set me up with 4U of space for a reasonable price. I shipped my hardware, they installed it quickly (complete with pictures), and got it connected in a reasonable time frame.

My favorite part about their colocation is that they offer a web-based KVM that helped me when I broke my operating system a couple times.

Seems like they've got a lot on their plate, but awesome, thorough support. From their Discord, sounds like they just took over operations of a building not too long ago, so they may be still making the building work for them.

Highly recommended, they have my business for the foreseeable future. 10/10

I have been waiting for 4-5 days for my server data to be backed up due to a system problem, because the invoice was deleted very irrationally and my server was deleted!!! No response for several days and my business has stopped

Think about the fact that you buy 2…

Think about the fact that you buy 2 servers from them and put your important information in those servers and then for some reason you decide to refund, but they don't give you even 1 second to taking your important information. I think this is a new type. It is a fraud

Since last year's Black Friday, we have been with them.
Aaron has given us unique solutions and has the best understanding of our business demands.
We make use of their very performant E5-2680 v2 servers.
We currently use them for roughly 20 servers, and they are one of the three LEB providers that I suggest to all of my friends.
Support that is kind and sincere, however sometimes slow (typical for LEB), and eventually experts who will resolve your issue.

I think your service should improve the 24/7 ticket support team. When I send a ticket, it sometimes takes more than 24 hours for your team to respond. I hope you add livechat for easier support.

Too late/bad support purchased an…

Too late/bad support purchased an dedicated server 2x Intel Octo-Core E5-2640v2 - 96GB - 128GB SSD +1TB HDD.

Got instant delivery but got a bad ssd disk with so slow speed.

Contacted them via telegram but didn’t seen that message then opened ticket on client area and got reply after serval hours that our technical engineer will look into it.

After approximate 12hr i have opened a emergency ticket and got reply that we will change the disk we are searching for disk.

Now its been 4hr and didn’t got any updates i have also telled them provide me another dedicated if possible but not getting support.

In few words their support was too late and gives credits for late support and reply but why we will purchase a dedicated server cause we have to host something or transfer a site from elsewhere.

But here they will not respond to any ticket instantly and their 24/7 support was not 24/7 support they will only gives support after 12hr of your one reply.

Asking for refund cause i am also reseller and i have sell to my client but their websites was down and he need urgent server so i have provided from elsewhere.

Very responsive support!

When I signed up, I didn't realize they had just established their Phoenix datacenter, so availability for KVM/IPMI wasn't quite ready.

They offered to set me up with a temporary solution as a workaround. My situation wasn't critical and didn't require it right away, but this offer was deeply appreciated.

They did just launch their server administration panel in this datacenter, which allows for the IPMI access I need to properly configure my server to my specs.

Overall, I've found everyone at this company to be very kind, respectful, polite, and patient. A pleasure to work with!

Aaron is hands down the best.

Aaron is one of the best providers on the internet. He has quality servers that are one of the best pricing that you can find! Not to mention the personality of the staff is probably one of the best experiences I've ever had. I have been with them for over a year & never had any major issues. I've messed up my servers to be unrecoverable from my side & their admins have came in to save the day more than once. I would suggest them over any other service provider on the internet.

Please consider this company I'd you are looking for some of the best hosting you've ever experienced.

Amazing price point, fantastic service

I'm running two fairly beefy dedicated servers with DediOutlet, having consolidated from several other services. The pricing and level of service has been fantastic.

Beyond a low price, you get competent, responsive support from folks with fantastic communication skills who never, ever seem irritated or taciturn.

I've always wanted to spread my servers out across several providers, but the value proposition here was just too solid.

Best Colocation Services

I have been using DediOutlets services for a while now and I have absolutely no complaints.

Aaron has been extremely helpful along the way, even before I ordered his services. He answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely confident in going with DediOutlet. I had never used colocation services before, so this was a new beginning for me. I had used his dedicated servers before but never had I colocated my own hardware.

The same day my equipment arrived he had it provisioned and online in under an hour. He also installed 6 hard drives on 3 of my systems FREE OF CHARGE.

The network is amazing, with speeds topping right where promised, and I have not experienced a second of downtime the entire time I've been using his services.

Long story short, I highly recommend DediOutlet for any and all of your hosting needs! Thank you again Aaron and DediOutlet for everything!
