Careful with this company if your website is important to you.

Created a new account 11 days ago but unfortunately I took the wrong domain to my new account.
I then contacted support to ask them to change it and got this answer 4 days after.

7 days ago.
This is not possible in our system, the only way would be by allowing us to cancel and refund you the account, whichafter you can create the correct one krub.

My response same day.
Okay, can we do that then.
Refund the account and I will create a new one.
Stupid mistake I made when signing up.

2 days ago after no response.

They win small money and I save time in the future from a company who so far wasted 11 days of my time.

My domain was just marked as inactive without any warning and I can't do anything about it. For this I opened a ticket a week ago and don't get any replies.
Worst customer support I've ever seen.

After emailing all addresses I could find I finally got a reply that their ticket system wasn't working. My issue was resolved and I got a free extension of my domain but this leaves a bitter taste to it

Moved from hostneverdie to deedeehost, twice as cheap and soon ill move all my websites to deedeehost, excellent, esspecially for the price! + they use cpanel, which is much better than all the other admin panels that are available with thai web hosting companies!

Been with the people behind Deedeehost for some years, when they were operating under a different (which they still do) but dedicated to Singapore. However, since my website visitors are 80% coming from Thailand, I'm having much faster loading speed. Keep up the great work guys!
