Great experience. Simple to follow and received the documents the next day.

I used the service to order a copy of my name change from 2006 submitting the online form on Good Friday evening! Knowing it was a bank holiday I didn’t expect to hear anything back until probably the end of the following week! A lovely lady rang me in the morning the Tuesday after bank holiday Monday! She was lovely and I received my certificate 2 days later. Fabulous service, I definitely recommend.

The deed poll was really simple to get and they are really trutworthy. I had so many questions and they would reply to all my emails really fast so I didn't have to worry about a thing. There were different delivery options and payment methods. I also liked how there were instructions.

Initially I started my enrolled Deed Pol using Gov.uk web site, which was a nightmare. I was waiting for half a year with no updates, then I called them, was waiting for in the queue for over a hour, and then they said they want some more paperwork. I was furious because nobody contacted me.
So, I was lucky to find this company, which is cheaper, quick and provided with all the support, so no questions were asked, their certificate was accepted in all the banks.

Was easy to follow instructions. Prompt delivery and the documents are printed on very good quality paper.
