IT'S A SCAM! I ordered a deed poll over a month ago but have not received it, despite several enquiries. They keep asking me to send the last 4 digits of my bank card and address but then they still do nothing. I have asked for my money back and not received it. Small Claims Court here we come.

Extremely disappointed as i received the deed poll with mistake then no response from it.
Charged me full price for the copy i requested.
Stay away from it.

I made my order through the website on the 30th December. I paid the additional fee for tracked 1-2 days delivery (sensitive post, definitely go tracked) but I haven't yet received a thing.

I sent an initial email on the 31st requesting the tracking number as I like to be able to see where my parcels/packages are in the network. They responded a few days later asking for some information so that they can re-draft and resend out the deed polls. I found this very confusing at the time, I only asked for a Royal Mail tracking number, but it seems to me that they're so desensitised to getting these emails, I guess they're just copying and pasting templates now instead of actually looking at the emails properly.

It's now ten days since my order, I haven't received the originals, I haven't received the replacements. I am out £45.97 and I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get the funds back, which can take three months.

I have 1 star as no option for zero stars!
I ordered deed poll for my daughter to change her first name for personal reasons and last name due to me getting married and she having my maiden name at birth, I received the deed poll and all the extra copies pretty quickly the top one was signed and I shared it with various people at the time we was super rushed so only jad the master copy whiteness, that went missing I only jad screen shot on phone, went to other 8 copies all had a different code at the bottom and her name was only the middle and last name the first name completely missing I've been asking if they have legally changed her name incorrectly no reply I desperately need proof to back up all the documents with her sen details to send somewhere stupidly important so in a panic I ordered a replacement naming the middle and last name on the other documents, paid for signed 2 day delivery almost 2 weeks on after telling them how important and time sensitive this order is I've received nothing no reply to any emails no tracking no appoligy for naming my child wrongly and doing two names on one order no phone number to call its useless now seeking another company but no idea which name I should use or that she's legally named ridiculous

Should have read reviews first. Upon moving I thought I lost my deed polls so I quickly ordered it online in this service thinking its the same as I used before. Stupid me. They charge more than other service i have used before. I did order it for 1st class paid extra for postage. Couple hours later we found our deed poll so I've sent quickly email to cancel order. No response. It's been over a week no money and no deed poll. They refuse to refund money!!! Scam!!!

not sure what’s with all the bad reviews, they did everything i needed them to do quickly and efficiently and id defo recommend them.

I've had the same experience as others they tell you that you made a mistake on the form and you need to reapply. If you reapply they will steal more money from you. They will first try and get more money if that fails they will keep putting you off till you give up. I am not the person that gives up. I will be doing everything in my power to bring this site down. In respect to mariah's claims that where're all liers I am deeply offended as I'm sure are the other 90% of the people on here that place an honest review.

Similar experience to others.

No sign of docs 3 weeks after ordering - asked to check details were correct and that bank payment had gone through - all was correct.

Since then, no response to follow-uo emails, no phone to contact them and numerous companies shown at the postal address given.

Reported to Action Fraud, but doubt I'll seee my cash again.

Very slow to respond. Do not do what they say they will. Don’t have a phone number. Takes weeks for any response. DO NOT USE

I have seen so many bad reviews for this company, I honestly have had the best experience, my deed polls arrived within 2 days and although had a little trouble with contact they got back to me! I would highly recommend them! The price is fantastic and the quality is brilliant! Don’t be put off! I’m very happy.

Apalling service. I am still chasing after a week. They promised sending the same day and confirmed that it's been dispatched the same day by first class post. I sent an email for an update on the order, I got no response. I sent another email days after with still no response.No number to call. Don't touch this company/business. No good.

I have ordered a new original as I have lost it. They have sent me someone else's deed poll. Then after they have sent me another original, I took it to get it signed and certified by a solicitor, which I paid for and only today I have realised that that specific original doesn't have a reference number on it and I cannot use it for what I need it.
Scammers!! I want my money back!!

Ordered a deed poll and emailed within 2 mins of submitting that I had made a mistake, no phone number to call. They eventually emailed back late the following day saying I had to reorder and they would refund one.. I thought great! They sent out both deed polls anyway charging postage and only refunded half of the money owed. I emailed and they claimed this was my full refund. Instead of £20.99 I only received £10.50. Frustrated.

Really pleased with the service. Highly recommended. Easy to order and arrived promptly. I have used this company for my own deed poll and for my children as well.

Terrible thay took money and nothing back it's been 3 weeks I have emailed them lots no reply back iv asked for refund and nothing thay owe me £49.50 and nothing still dreadful service

Once ordered, they arrived in a couple of days. Everything was as it should be, no mistakes, got everything I ordered. Very pleased

So far this has been a disaster. One wonders where the rave reviews come from. After 2 months, money taken from the account straight away and numerous emails, I am still trying to complete the transaction.

After I ordered from these guys I read the reviews and they were all bad, they were saying things like; they took money from the account and the deedpolls did not turn up or they turned up and there was something wrong with them, some said they had to contact their bank because of suspicious activity. After reading these I got scared and immediately canceled my card and contacted my bank, a few days later my deedpoll turned up, the right amount and exactly how I wanted it. So don't listen to any of the other reviews they are really just lying. For the price and quality it is worth it.

This company are amazing. Deeds turned up within 24hours and were perfect.
Their communication with me was amazing and they helped me with all my worries.
Please take no notice to bad reviews, they are all false

Absolute scam. I paid them £54 and there is no response at all. No reply to your email. No one answers the phone calls. No refund. Nothing. They just take your money and that's it. I am calling my bank and file a chargeback.
