My experience with Deel has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
After completing onboarding successfully and even receiving a welcome email, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation. Since then, I’ve spent over 10 days trying to resolve the issue, submitting all the requested documents, only to be told multiple times that Deel “cannot provide services”, with zero transparency on why.
What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. Support responses are generic, inconsistent, and often contradictory.
Deel refuses to clarify whether the issue is related to compliance, documentation, or internal policy. Instead, they repeat vague statements, "due to regulatory and compliance requirements" and leave users in the dark.
To make matters worse, I received automated emails implying I had not responded while my case was still active, showing a complete disconnect in their support system.
At this point, I do not recommend Deel to anyone who expects transparency, reliability, or basic support.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Deel regarding a recent payment. My funds were marked as reflected in my account on April 1st, yet I was later told they would not be available until April 6th. After contacting my bank directly, they confirmed that they never received any incoming transfer from Deel at all.
When I raised this issue with Deel, I was told this delay is part of their “process,” which is extremely concerning given the lack of transparency. What makes this even more frustrating is the inconsistency I have previously received payments from Deel on a Sunday (August 31st, 2025), yet now they are citing weekends and holidays as reasons for holding funds. Sometimes the funds reflect on the exact date stated in my contract, but most of the time it takes an additional 3 days, and now they’ve extended it to as much as 6 days.
This lack of clarity and inconsistency in handling payments is unacceptable, especially when it involves people’s money. There seems to be a disconnect between what Deel communicates and what is actually happening with the transfers.
This payment was made by my client through Deel as a platform, and it is incredibly upsetting to deal with these kinds of issues. It creates unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from using Deel until they fix their payment reliability and communication. This experience has been far from professional.

Deel restricted me from withdrawing payments on the due date for two consecutive months, indicating a systemic failure. The delay resulted in foreign exchange losses (USD/BRL) and opportunity costs due to lost investment time. Support remains evasive, failing to provide concrete justifications or firm deadlines, which suggests an attempt to stall rather than resolve the issue. This lack of transparency and operational instability makes the platform unreliable for professional use and has caused a total erosion of trust.

I recently completed onboarding with Deel IT and ordered hardware through their platform—overall, a great experience.
The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a clean interface that makes the entire process straightforward and efficient. From selecting equipment to placing the order, everything felt seamless and well thought out.

Mohid handled my case and offered a kind and fair resolution, including a refund. Throughout the process, the team was respectful, transparent, and took my feedback seriously to improve their platform.
