Okay my name is Samuel Joseph and we just started the companies profile for Payroll the year of 2026 and my experience is that I love the fact you are being notified by Q code to upload a picture ID to the Deel platform. This has been tremendous awesome work by the inspired team at deel.com.
I simply would like for the team to look under the W-0 form when it asked for the ITIN number from someone that is over international. Because to move forward you must put the ITIN number or provides a social security number. Plus, on the check mark pin points as being identified the system only accept if all the check marks are being check and specially when it states *I'm a US CITIZEN and or other: which certified that the International agents have to forcefully testified to this before it allows them to go forward in filling or signing for forms. Plus it stated there can be or will be an ITIN number issued or provided to the Self Contractor by the bureaux but it did not allow you to create one nor skip it because you had to either give a social security number or have the ITIN number. OVERALL, this is a great system but can use a little more specs and identity checking brackets to solidify ones' who is filling forms on line.

I have been trying to resolve a support case with Deel for approximately six months.
During this entire period, I have repeatedly been told that the case has been “escalated.” However, there has been no meaningful update, no clear timeline, and no indication that the case is actually being actively handled by the responsible team.
Each follow-up receives the same response: apologies and statements that the case is being monitored. Unfortunately, there has been no visible progress for half a year.
For a company providing payroll and HR infrastructure services, this level of support responsiveness is extremely concerning. Issues related to payroll and employment administration should not remain unresolved for months without accountability or a clear timeline.
At this point, I am genuinely questioning whether the escalation has actually taken place.
I hope this review encourages Deel to finally provide transparency and resolve this case.
I would appreciate a response from Deel’s management or escalation team.

Billed me erroneously for several thousands of dollars even though I never signed a contract and was clear with the sales rep that we would not be moving ahead. Customer support was extremely poor trying to resolve the issue; I was sent from an online chat interface to email. No one was sharing context.
