Update: In the spirit of honesty, I owe Deepbrain this update and I am happy to do it. I did contact them and they resolved the situation very fast and I liked the outcome. I do think now they are committed to offer their customers a good experience. Now, with that out of the way, my complaint was never about their actual product.

I decided to use it in first place because it is a good product. It gets things done fast, with excellent quality and it is easy to use.

I am an entrepreneur not a tech person. My job is to make money, to produce things that sell, not to spend countless hours learning how to use complicated software. And for that, Deepbrain studio works perfectly.

First, I got charged $30 more than what I should have.When i contacted customer service I never got a solution. Second, my videos were frozen for more than a week, I was not able to download them, I still got charged for the whole month. Then one video I worked in for more than 8 hours just dissapeared, customer service again just dismissed my claim. Now, I can't access my account. I am considering take action against deepbrain, including legal possibly. Your service is disguisting.

Nice AI based video tool and proactive support, offer could have a longer time range and corporations might need sometimes longer to aquire (little less contacting please).

I kept trying to connect for an urgent requirement, no one responded properly. One person did get in touch with me, but neither did I ever get any responses to the specific questions that I posed, and nor did he get back with a quote or any demo. I am finally going ahead with the old style of video making... as I need to move ahead with my project. But i really needed DeepBrain.io's services and am appalled at how poor their behavior is

This product is not even at MVP stage. It's basically a money pit. If you sign up for the 10 minute plan, you will regret it. You can't even live preview your video - you can only live preview audio. The human like characters speak like they have marbles in their mouths. This SaaS app is designed to scam you out of as much $ as you can throw at it, as it doesn't give you previews and gouges you for credits every time you export. Save your time. This SaaS platform operates like a scam.

There are no basic features like slide transitions. There is no text box that can be added to the slide, where you can type your content and adjust the lines the way you want it to look. Everything needs to be typed in the Text Column that is NOT on the slide and all the line adjustments need to be done there, which is extremely time-consuming. The audio option doesn't allow you to select the same audio for all slides and apply. You have to select audio in each slide and again adjust its volume in every slide and preview the audio. When you preview, it takes forever to load and its very slow and that's again time consuming. Also, the font that was used in slides were different and when the final deck was exported and downloaded, it showed a different font. The volume for, background audio in preview was different and it was different after exporting. I had to redo the changes all over again and after doing the changes, I was trying to export the new version. It's been over 17 hours; I still haven't been able to export! Its extreeeemely slow! And, when you try to chat with their customer service, they say that they usually respond within 20 mins, however that is not true! I sent a message last evening at 3.09pm and waited for an hour for their response and logged off! I got a response at 5am in the morning, asking for the email id on the account. I responded to that and not sure, how many hours would I need to wait to hear again. All in all, it hasn't been a horrible experience using Deepbrain AI, so far! I am still waiting to hear from them and to understand why it is taking forever to export the edited version!!
