Got no account no reaction on emails (auto generated ticketnr.)

They got my money, and that was that
Ghost company MF petty thieves....

no hosts from which I wanted to download was working

fake host, nothing works, support does not respond, fake to avoid

It seems almost all 5-star reviews here are made-up by them! They look the same! Anyway, I support all those who've given 1-star.

I tried to generate links from many hosts using their service BUT most are not working! I wrote 2 tickets, 1 to enquire and 1 to request a refund, but for more than 10 days, no ticket is answered.

Avoid this service!

No links worked.
I asked for a refund the day of creating an account, which is within their refund policy of 3 days no use etc.

Their ticket system states an answer within 24 hours. It has now been a week and haven't heard anything.

It has a list of all the hosters (Status) but this one is false and just to lure people into paying for it. Because like 80% of the hosters never work. Sometimes you can get lucky and a download like thru ddownload works but most of the time nothing works

edit: Got mail from Trustpilot wanting more info because the vendor asked for it. So the vendor does read all the reviews (I mean they also have written a ton of fake positive reviews). Fact is their "STATUS List" which shows all the hosters is FAKE and they know it. Because they claim all are working when they are not. Actually most do not work. Trustpilot needs to step up their game and not let fraudulent vendors be able to "ask for more informatioN" because the vendor here clearly knows they are a fraud and they just do it to try and get reviews that tell the truth removed

the only useful function is rapidgator leeching, but DOWN all the subscription period.

The torrent support in Deepbrid is a game-changer. It not only supports regular file hosters like Ddownload and Keep2share but also torrents. Amazing!

Paid for their service 3 months ago - haven't luck with 95% of download requests. Almost every server is down when place link for download. I requested my money back - no answer. Stay away from this service.

Worked out one link out of the many "supported" websites. Avoid

update: I received an email from Trustpilot stating that deepbrid.com flagged my review because they don’t believe it’s based on a genuine experience. Keep an eye on your inbox. I don’t recommend deepbrid.com. fck them anyway

Deepbrid used to be great in former times. For free users and especially with an premium account.
Buuuut. Nowadays you pay for the premium service, I had 2 month (1 month bonus), in the whole time I could use DDL and Filer for less than 20gigs (uploaded was unlimited, but who cares), everything else was down and not an single mail was answered. It is a benchmark in poor service.
This is worst case, they don't even try anymore.
Go for Linksnappy, there is your money well spent.

Attention!!! Do not subscribe to this site. They are scammers. Keep your money. I got scammed. I hope you will read all the reviews before wasting your money.

They try to erase bad reviews by asking trustpilot to check if they are genuine experiences.

At the moment it works! It didn't work at the beginning of the year. The service was down for weeks

Please save your money. Luckily I just paid for one month. There was not 1 single time I could use it. I paid for nothing. I requested help, but it's been 11 days ago, nothing, no response, nothing. Avoid deepbrid!

Edit: I received an email from Trustpilot that Deepbrid marked my review as fake. Instead of reaching out to me or help me as I issued a ticket for help, Deepbrid is trying to take my review down. I've send an invoice to Trustpilot to verify this review. Again, stay away from Deepbrid!

paid to download from icerbox. no file available, althougt filehoster listed in services.
Contacted support to return money as stated in the policy, no response. waste of money. Dont support this fraud.

I wish I had checked the reviews here first this site is definitely a scam no access to premium links and no response from support. Thieves!!

I paid € 30 and became a member for about six months. In all this time I managed to download 10% of the time. The service always says that the hosts are under maintenance or down but if you browse the original site it works perfectly. Customer service doesn't exist. I have written dozens of complaints and it is not even clear if they are read. Don't fall for the scam like I did. I have now requested a refund but if the complaints are not read it will be useless.

Scammer ! Why didn't I read these reviews before? I paid for a premium access yesterday and nothing works. I tried with Katfile, tubobit, rapidgator and uploaded. Each time the same result: "Error: Link dead or filehoster not supported".
