Terrible service!

This company is actually the worst. Firstly, the cleaner demanded payment upfront and was extremely rude. After looking at the property it was clearly not cleaned properly or to standard. When contacting the generic number online, they said they will look into it and have clearly been ignoring my calls and emails. Will be contacting trading standards.

Complete rip-off

Complete rip-off. Avoid completely. Terrible job: could not even tell which windows were cleaned or not. They insist on payment up front and then refuse to refund anything or even come to see the terrible job done.

Superficial cleaning and terrible service.

Nothing "deep" about this clean.

The cleaner showed up over an hour late. She left without waiting for me to inspect the property with her as per their own policy. She was cleaning all in all for less than 1.5-2 hours. She sprayed a load of detergent, bleach, oven cleaner etc. but nothing was really any cleaner at the end of it.

Most importantly, the actually dense grime in cracks, on windows, in kitchen, etc. that I really wanted gone wasn't even touched. I showed pictures as proof and they only gave me the option to pay for another full clean.

Obviously it's a bit of a scam, there was nothing deep about this clean. The woman showed up with a mop, a henry hoover, and some cleaning products in a bag. No special equipment, nothing to take the old grime off the floors etc. I should have known given it was only £150.

Also, NEVER PAY ANY CLEANER AT THE START OF THE JOB. Decent service providers don't do that, cleaners, mechanics, you name it. I now know. It was obvious but I prefer to be trusting of people, downside is I was scammed on this occasion.

Avoid at all costs!!

I had the displeasure of using this company and was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. They ignored my specific instructions, charged more than what a more experienced cleaning company would charge and to top it off they left the premises before I returned (despite saying they would call 20 minutes prior to finishing), leaving my door unlocked! I provided the company with proof of damage to newly laid carpets and photos of areas that had not been cleaned and was told that they had removed the 48 hour guarantee due to the state of the property! This was even after their cleaner had taken and sent the company photos of the property before they had even lifted a finger. Surely if the "state of the property" was going to be an issue and invalidate their so called 48 hour guarantee, this should have been stated at the start! To top it off, they demand upfront cash payment prior to even entering the building and if you don't pay they walk away. Avoid this company at all costs! They are not even worthy of the 1 star provided.

Utterly disappointing

We were very disappointed by the work carried out. Some items as specified in the contracts, such as cleaning the oven, weren’t done - and the rest of the flat was only partially clean. We complained but got no refund, despite providing pictures, and had to pay for a second cleaning by a different company !

Damaged property then lied about it!

They may be cheaper than other companies but be warned... using this company is not worth the savings. After being over 5 hours late they (unapologetically) did show up and do the job. They were rude to the family member who let them in and made her feel very uncomfortable.
The cleaning job itself was not a 'deep clean', pretty poor really. However, they were so careless they splashed cleaning products over the oak worktop and left it on the surface. This badly damaged the worktop, leaving chemicals burns/marks all over it. What was perhaps more upsetting was the response from the office upon reporting the issue, saying they 'do not use products that can cause damage' which clearly is a lie as the worktop was in perfect condition before they arrived (as I sanded and oiled in a few days prior for forthcoming tenants).
Once this company has your money they simply do not care, I would advise anyone considering using them to not give money to such an awful group of people. It will now cost me more time and money to fix the damage they have made, a very frustrating experience.

Beware, this company sets a price, demands payment up front then demands more money to complete the job

Found this company on the web and stupidly booked it without checking reviews.
On the face of it the quote was good, to clean my late mother's house to make it suitable for viewing. All the furniture had been removed which would obviously make the job easier, all this explained to the company including the need for a deep clean.
I was very surprised that only one young lady arrived with a suitcase of equipment to do the job. She was surprised at the size of the house (even though I had explained the number of rooms very carefully when I booked the job and all those details appeared on the booking form). The cleaner had been told it was a 'small flat". There was a long conversation between the cleaner and her office and she confirmed it wasn't my fault and the clean would go ahead. I commented that I hoped they'd be paying her a bit more to which she smiled and agreed they were. She thought it would take 4 or 5 hours.
I left her to it. 40 minutes later I receive a call from the company saying the job is bigger than I said and they wanted another £50 otherwise they would have their cleaner leave. They obviously wanted to make up the difference in the extra they were having to pay their cleaner having failed to con her. I said I would think about it although they pressed for me to pay immediately or they'd call the cleaner off. I wasn't on site at that time so jumped in my car and drove over. On arrival the cleaner was still working, I told her what had happened and she said they had called her for "before and after" pictures but that was all. She suggested that the company wanted to make up the extra money they were having to pay her. She seemed willing to keep working so I left her to it and went upstairs as she'd finished there. A few minutes later she called me and told me not to worry about the company, she would be finishing the job and it wasn't that bad.
I then went into the garage to tidy up there and a few minutes later heard a the trundle of a suitcase going along the pavement, looking up I saw the cleaner walking away with her equipment I called after her and asked her if she had finished, she said the company had called her off the job. Obviously at this stage there wasn't much I could do so I went back into the house the cleaning of which, unsurprisingly had not been completed.
Now, the company can say what it wants about their reserving the right to increase the price if the job was bigger than detailed. In this case it was not, I was very clear about the need for a deep clean so not sure what their definition of a deep clean is. The house had been lived in by my mother who had a cleaner until a few months ago so how bad could it have been?
Best avoided

Shockingly poor

For what is meant to be a 'deep clean', for £260, I was very unsatisfied. Cupboards untouched, desks undusted, and one room barely cleaned as cleaners unwilling to move small bags. My own cleaner could have done the same job. Then shocking customer service and disinterest in putting things right. Indeed, one employee just hung up on me when I asked to speak to management. Avoid!
