For the second time our recent delivery…
For the second time our recent delivery went to the wrong address. When we spoke to Deer Box the response was ‘well it’s been delivered you’ll have to find out where’! No attempt to held. Little sympathy. We then had to find out where it had been delivered, go and get the heavy box and carry it home! We are both in our 70s. Not good. Will not be ordering from them again and the response to us telling them that was a verbal ‘shrug of the shoulders’

Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry that DHL delivered your order to the wrong address.
After speaking with you on the phone, I apologised for the courier’s mistake and immediately investigated where the parcel had been delivered. Once I had located it, I passed that information on to you.
I also explained that I would raise a formal complaint with DHL and ask them to return to collect the parcel and re-deliver it correctly. At the same time, I mentioned that if you preferred to collect the parcel yourself, now that we knew where it was, that was also an option. During our conversation, you told me that you were going to collect it using the information I had provided.
I do feel your review doesn’t fully reflect the conversation we had or the efforts made on your behalf. While the delivery error was completely unacceptable, we certainly didn’t dismiss your concerns or tell you to simply “find it.” We did everything we reasonably could to locate the parcel and pursue the matter with DHL.
I completely understand your disappointment and respect your decision not to order again. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best.
