I'm in Singapore and my order was split into 2 shipments and the first part of the order was received 5 days after placing the order. Received the rest after waiting 20 days. I like what I ordered.

I never received my order even after I was notified that it was delivered. I couldn't reach the company to try to resolve the issue.
After 8 months, PayPal helped and a replacement was sent. I finally received the order. The multiple items that I ordered were of the poorest quality that I have ever seen. I would have rather of not received anything. I put it all in the trash...

They sent the wrong goods
They sent the wrong goods, but after I contacted them, I got the correct order. I sent two emails without reply, I contacted their customer service on FB, and they quickly solved it for me. I received my order after 10 days.
