They’re a fraudulent company
They’re a fraudulent company. Stay away, I placed an order over two weeks ago, I sent them an email various times and receive the same monotonous response each time. Please avoid buying anything from them!

Would shop there again
Took a while to deliver and didn't respond to my customer service query or email when item was shipped but it did arrive after ten days via Hermes (good choice) in perfect condition and good quality so on the whole I'm happy and would shop there again.

Good retailer
I made two orders containing multiple items for the first time. I noticed it was taking a while a dispatch so decided to check for reviews. I was horrified to come across these. Immediately, I opened a dispute cases with my payment provider. Defacto responded with tracking numbers which soon got delivered. Quality of items is decent too. I'm happy with the service received and will probably be ordering from you again. Apologies for doubting you and thanks

Now I've ordered through this site and…
Now I've ordered through this site and never again. The quality of the T-shirts crime, the trainer with the hole arrived, the top of the pajamas was not sent. The labels on the T-shirts don't exist, the size of children's shirts too small. This is my lesson now never to order from this site again!!!!!!
