Horrible service for portfolio transfer and not international
Horrible service to transfer your portfolio to another broker. Responses and actions to emails takes weeks, so slow that other brokers already close the requests. Transfering money out of your.account takes more than a week and can only be done in the base currency, not flexible in an international environment.

Normally, the time it takes to complete a transfer depends on many things, such as the direction of the transfer, the complexity of the portfolio and delivery routes, the availability of the products on both trading platforms as well as the time the parties involved need to process the transfer completely.
This means, that a portfolio transfer could be completed in a matter of days, but we have also seen it taking more than a month. We strive to complete your portfolio transfer in three weeks, but we cannot guarantee this. Excellent Online Broker, convenient and cheap
You can trade on the most stock exchanges (not all of them) but exection and prices are very good. It is easy understandable and also usable for non professional traders.
Fast execution and all needed documents for taxes and dividendes etc. are provided on time.
From my point of view on of the best in class trading apps.

Useless for US stocks
Useless for US stocks:
- Cannot trade options on individual US stocks.
- Unusual *monthly* fee (around $20) just to access the US stock market.
Considering the pain of opening an account, they should have shouted a big warning up front about these limitations.

Please refer to the Products & Markets page on our website for all option markets currently available. Regarding the monthly fee we are not quite sure what you mean. All exchanges we offer are free of charge. There are fees for placing an order and some exchanges have a delayed price feed. This delayed price feed does not impact your order, these are always sent out in real time. However, it can be a preference of a client to have the live price feed.
