Trash site

Trash site . You will never win a damn thing . I deposited 6 or 7 times over the last few days and didnt win a penny back absolutely nothing ,I played all the qualifying bonuses and still nothing . Avoid this site they want your money and that's all there is to it .

Don't buy in this company

Don't buy in this company. Really bad experience with them. First, the products were not in the same size as what they provide. Then, when you request for return, they will make it hard for you. Then tell you after that you have to take care of the return yourself-- it's your responsibility to pay the return goods for almost 50 euro (because it has to be sent back to China), then they will claim that they are not responsible if the items are lost, etc etc. Over all, what a disappointment. Save yourself from being scammed. NEVER. BUY. FROM. THIS. STORE.

SCAM!!

SCAM!!! I wish I had seen the other reviews before purchasing items from this so called local Dutch company. Tried to cancel my order before the items were sent, but they wouldn't let me because they had been 'processed'.

It states a maximum of 8 business days, but this is false as are their products. Completely fake - do not look like the actual items they are selling. You just have to compare the pictures with your items.

Items just came in a plastic bag, no box or invoice slip or returns information. The items don't even have tags and the glue smells horrendous!

Stay away!!! Complete Scam and fraudulent!

This is a Scam from China

I placed an order with de haarlem under the impression that this was a Dutch online platform. Sadly, this is not the case, as this is a Chinese site pretending to be European.
As a European customer, you might think you have customer rights but this isn't the case as your legal rights are subjugated to Chinese law according to the fine prints.

I saw a DHL note walking out of my house stating that an attempted deliver was made and that there was no one. That was blatantly not true as I was in house the whole day.
I went to my neighbour where my package was supposed to have been delivered and that was not true again.
I called DHL customer support and they said this has nothing to do with them but some e-commerce entity. I was subsequently transferred to this entity and immediately got disconnected as there was a message stating that this entity does not have a telephone number or it has been discontinued.

I decided to try the de haarlem online chat and that took me to Alibaba site which turned out unhelpful because you had to be a registered Alibaba to operate any of the provided option menus.

At the end, I manage to get de haarlem message tab and have sent several messages without any respond acknowledging receipt of my complain.

The standard response provided by the supposed customer client from de haarlem on trustpilot is misleading because it is made to appear as if all complains are somehow as something unexpected when in truth this is the experience of more than 90% of people who have been scammed by this platform.

I am glad to know that some other people have already lodged formal legal complains.

The products advertised are not what…

The products advertised are not what you receive. The return policy requires you to return the goods to China at your own exorbitant cost. This is a massive scam to move cheaply manufactured goods and advertise them as boutique.

Miserable shopping experience in Netherlands. You think you buy in the Netherlands. It comes from China in 15 business days - improper packaging. Retour address is China, bad quality and you cannot return. It is the worst shopping experience I have ever had in Netherlands. Be careful with this shop. I never recommend this shop.

Really bad communication with the…

Really bad communication with the seller. The bag was supposed to arrive via PostNL but I got a message from DHL that they attempted a delivery unsucessfully. Dhl didn't attempt any delivery so I try contacting them to leave it at a pickup point. I get answer from DHL that for this track trace code it is not possible to make any changes and only sender can change it. Sender refuses to cooperate and keeps telling me to fix it with DHL. I ask for another delivery or reimbursement but sender refuses both. Also, products come from China not from NL. I made an official complaint against them, this shop is a total scam.
