If there was a zero star rating I would give them it.
I bought two items advertised on facebook uk which looked great. Purchased them at approximate £30 each, by the time they added taxes and delivery it came to £90+.
They arrived and the quality compared to the FB advertising, was not comparable.
Requested to return and receive a refund, then the con started in full. No way can you return and they offer a 12 dollar refund. The offer did double and you realise you aren’t going to get anywhere with these scammers, so accepted.
Three weeks later and apparently all their efforts at making a refund, has not been able to go through.
BE AWARE DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS.

Scam scam scam! Badly made absolute rubbish, completely missold, not like the videos at all…and I’m really struggling to get a refund!

I ordered a product from this company and received something different from what they advertised...the product looked good on paper so I ordered 2...big mistake..one does not work and both are not what was advertised. Ive been trying to return the items but instead they want me to keep them and take a trivial amount of cash to compensate... they are dillusional if they think these items are gift worthy...the items are classified as bird music boxes..they are meant to come with a wind up key and protective box..neither exist and even if there were a key, these boxes dont wind up..its just a recording of a wounded bird in one box and the other box doesn't work....I wouldn't give any stars but had to in order to write this.. be wary folks...I've learned my expensive lesson. DO NOT purchase from this company!

Scam page. DO NOT BUY. Money taken from account. Have receipt from Apple Pay, ‘company’ haven’t received the money and asked me to pay again. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Warning to others: I ordered a product from dehorss.com and paid $62.99 via Apple Pay. The item I received was completely different from what was advertised — just a useless piece of glass, nothing like the magnetic iPhone lens shown in their video ad.

Customer support refused to process a return or refund. I’ve reported the case to Apple Pay and my bank. Be careful — this looks like a scam. I have all the receipts and communication saved.

I’ve made a purchase on the 16th of April and not even today 21st of May my parcel didn’t arrived. When trying to contact them, all I get is an automatic replay :( just sad 👎
