London to Paris bus with no WiFi, failing aircon
Bus going London to Paris return did not have WiFi either way, despite being advertised as such. Highly inconvenient. I emailed their customer support team early on in the first leg to query it and have not received any response.
On the way to Paris the bus' air-conditioning did not operate on idle and during the long idle periods at Dover it was uncomfortably hot, almost unbearable. It was the middle of the night. People were fanning themselves on the bus.
Two online booking attempts saw the ticket price double just prior to ticket confirmation; they should be able to reserve a seat at a stable price during the booking process like every single other ecommerce website.
Average service which falls below what was advertised.
