I bought a Freeze water cooler from this company less than a year ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare. After just 9 months, the cooler completely stopped cooling water.
When I brought it to a certified technician, I was shocked to learn that the internal assembly was done incorrectly — one of the components had been installed upside down, causing internal contamination and eventually a complete blockage of the cooling system. This is a clear manufacturing defect.
I contacted the company multiple times, expecting them to honor their warranty and fix a problem they created, but they completely ignored my requests. Their customer support is non-existent, and they take zero responsibility for their defective products.
This company sells poorly assembled products and refuses to stand behind them.
Avoid them at all costs.
