It's a scam

I paid over 6,500 € for 2 wardrobes, and then waited. When the order didn't come I had to call and email repeatedly to get an answer.
Now they're claiming to be filing for bankruptcy and are asking me to pay an extra 781,79 € in order to get my shipment. But they're still taking orders on their website. It's a scam.

Unfortunately, strict regulations in insolvency law do not allow us to send you your order, which has been paid in full in advance, free of charge without separately charging you for the logistics costs that are now still incurred. We understand that this is extremely frustrating for you and deeply regret that we cannot offer you a better solution. We would like to apologize to you in the strongest possible terms.

Extremely poor customer service

I wanted to order a cupboard from deinschrank but it did not happen because of extremely poor and unprofessional customer service.
First, I send them a request for planning via a form on their website, incl. detailed description, picture and a plan. I didn't get any response.
I contacted them via email after three days and asked when I will get a reply. I got a formal reply from Ali A. which did not correspond at all to my request. I asked him again the sane question. He said they did not receive my request and asked me to send it again. I did it and sent it again. Silence. I asked again when I will get a reply. Ali A. replied again that he will not open my Ms Word file "for security reason" and asked to send it again in JPEG or pdf format. Why he did not tell it in advance?! Why customers should push them to work? If their customer service is so unprofessional, I assume that quality of their product is also poor. I will not order anything from this firma.
