I would give you a 0 stars if I could, scammer alert

I would give you a 0 stars if I could, not only did you take more than a month to even get my stuff shipped, you also, didn't even ship it. It says delivered but nothing was delivered to my address, nothing in my mail box or anywhere near my front door. Horrible service, I literally just got scammed

Update since you guys are saying you take this seriously, and how you weren't given the chance to correct your mistake. Your idea of fixing the mistake was to just tell me that the package was delivered??? Like yeah thank you SOOOOOO much for saying what u already said. This is literally such horrible service, either actually give me my product OR give me my money back.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience has caused and we understand how upsetting it is when a package does not arrive as expected.

We’d also like to clarify that you reached out to our support team approximately 1 hour before posting this review. We always aim to resolve issues and had not yet been given a chance to investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

This item is handmade to order. During production, a material issue occurred due to a failed bulk metal mix, which required the affected pieces to be fully remade in stainless steel to meet our quality standards. This extended production time, and updates were shared transparently through our story and broadcast channel.
According to the carrier’s tracking, the order was marked as delivered. Unfortunately, once a package is marked delivered, issues such as misdelivery or theft can occur, which are outside of our direct control but we absolutely take these situations seriously.

Please rest assured that we are not a scam and are actively working to look into this delivery issue with you. We’ve responded to your message and are committed to finding a fair resolution as quickly as possible.

Def gonna buy another one

It came fast in terms of being handmade and the quality is super good and the inside of the bracelet is super soft so it doesn’t irritate your wrist. The leather is nice, thick and sturdy and the accessories and spikes on the bracelet look really well attached. 10/10

Incomplete order

I received the bracelets in perfect condition, excellent quality, and perfect fit. I never received the ring, though. I sent an email to the help email provided on your website, and I’m hoping to still receive the missing piece.
