Ordered and pd my credit card bill in full but no ship occurred until I as customer called out to item shipped

Ordered and pd my credit card bill in full on 2/15 for American Flag outdoor propane firepit-- Deko Living. Item was to ship from Calif and shown on arrive by 2/25. On 2/23, item had not moved since 17th. I called and inquired. Excuse was maybe not tracked. Then excuse was it is rate not to ship immediately. It did not ship on 2/23 as told. In fact in stayed right in same location, moving in a circle in and out of same Calif city. Tues began moving. In 5 business days it should have been delivered on 2nd request, yo North Dakota. Fed Ex from pick up in CA, made it only to Colorado. Now new arrival will most likely take 3 more bus. days.
I had requested by phone call a faster method on 2/23 but simply was told.."ground shipment."
I asked for a credit for the fact someone does not professionally serve customers after order placed. In fact it took this customer calling or it might be glued to warehouse wall still.
I was told a supervisor would need to approve a credit if any from the $20 I requested on 2/23.
On 2/27 when no arrival to ND, I requested $50. I was them told no amount had been agreed on and I will call back on Monday. I was told I would receive a call back after request 1, to indicate a check forthcoming. None..no call.
Twice or more asked if I wanted to cancel. Hell no or I would not have physically and with eyes placed online order.
If this business was diligent for customer, it would have been elevated to a faster Fed Ex delivery not a two to five day delayed one when merchandise was ticketed and ready for 2/17 departure.
Very unhappy in New Mexico.

It is a scam. They take your money. No reply to emails nor website.

None responsiveness from customer services

In June of this year I received a dining table that was badly damaged in transit. I got an immediate response from customer service, no offer of a refund but a replacement table in a 8 to 12 week time scale.
An order number was provided now some 15 weeks later no response to email enquiries.

Pallas rocking chair scam

The chair I received does not match what was advertised on the website. It's much lower to the ground, the headrest is very low as well. The worse part, it's tilted backwards to a dangerous and uncomfortable extent. It's the Pallas rocking chair. It also has some additional covered up holes on the back, and the colour is more mustard yellow than bright yellow. The worst thing of all, the metal support for the legs is nothing like the picture!!! A huge disappointment!! A complete scam.

got broken chairs, no refund

Horrible store! They sent me dry chairs with legs falling off and refused to refund my money. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection Committee.

Check all the info properly when purchasing on this website.

I bought 3 tall chairs and I wanted to return them because I felt they were too tall for my kitchen. Then I asked for a refund after 15 days (in Spain the companies must refund up to 14 days). I asked just one day after but at the end I found out the height of the chairs were mistaken compared to what they announced on their website. Therefore, they had to refund me for misleading advertising. They did, but the whole experience was bad, plus I expect a company selling products to check all the products’ info before publishing it.

Goods ordered in March

Goods ordered in March, €50 paid for delivery.
Part of the order arrived in June.
Still haven’t received the second part of the order!!!

I would like to point out that Dekkon was not responsible for the delivery company GLS. The delivery company was a total disaster!!!

Total joke of a company

Total joke of a company. Table delivered which was water damaged and wood split. Asked me to dispose of the table then didn't give me full refund!! Refused to give me complaint details. Avoid avoid avoid.
