Ordered two items in end of January, one of them arrived, with a missing part! Other item (coffee table) hasnt! Asked for refund multiple times only to be met with excuses. Absolute scam company, don't waste your money and time with these people!

Unfortunately same happened to me. Order a while ago( over a month)and getting only emails to say the delivery is delayed. Looks like a scam

Been waiting over 2 months and each time they add a week or two extra due to delivery issues. The emails are nice and polite so you think they are professional but this is deceiving. Definitely giving up and buying a new coffee table

Pretty much same problem as everyone else's review, waited months, asked for a refund still waiting for that also! Don't buy from them... scam company

Scam! Ordered over 3 months ago with emails each week notifying me it had been delayed. I have chased numerous times with same response that the shipment is delayed and now not getting any replies.

They dont get any stars .Do not buy any product from this company, I think its a scam, I ordered a coffee table in January, they kept saying they are having delivery issues for 2 month, when I asked for a refund, they said they cannot, because its already out for delivery, and I waited for another month, then they agreed for a refund until today they haven't refund me. Luckily I paid with a credit card which can be reversed.

The Worst company. DO NOT BUY.

They state the goods are late, and then when you request a refund they just constantly say it will take 7 days and then you wait and nothing.

Please don’t buy to save any issues

I ordered a furniture from here that i quickly cancelled after we found out it wouldnt fit.
After mailing with their Customer service, they agreed to send me the money back and cancel the order. I was promised to receive the money within 9 days. However, this never happened. I texted then again after the 9 days with no response…
I would never see my refund.
Luckily I issued a refund, and my bank handled it for me.
Dont buy from here, they want to steal from you.

Their products look very pretty indeed in pictures but please do yourself a favour and look somewhere else!!
I have ordered a shoe and coat rack on the 27th of February 2023 believing it would arrive in 2 weeks as the website advertised. I had to contact them at least 16 times (yes, I have kept a count!!) to enquire about delivery times. Several times I was sent updates saying my order has either been shipped or has been delayed. I got so frustrated that on the 13th of April I asked them for a refund and it was promptly processed.
On all occasions I dealt with either Diana A. or Özge Salci. I cannot call this a ‘company’ because I’d be insulting other furniture companies that are serious about their work. I can honestly say that this is the absolute worst establishment I have ever dealt with in all my years of online shopping! Truly an absolute dump and I shall never ever go near their website.

What a rip off of a company, ordered on the 26th March for 2 floor lamps never received, emails I sent they reply was “ been a delay” don’t understand why as they are in stock according to the website, asked for MY money back still waiting and I now think that they have stolen MY £194, I have reported them to the AMC.nl. and my bank, funny how you cannot read a review on their website as I would have read them and not ordered, only after doing some research on the company I found the reviews. Feel like a fool in ordering from them

Is anyone know this company's contact number, they blocked my email and they don't accept the delivery so I paid £75 pounds delivery fee for nothing .

Don’t even deserve one star. If this is a real company I’d be surprised - waited 5 weeks for it then to be cancelled due to me putting in a dispute with the bank (clearly they crapped themselves). Deffo a scam and when I asked to be called by their customer complaints team I was told that couldn’t happen.

When the sideboard hadn't arrived in 3 weeks I asked for a refund. I was offered to choose between a 10% discount, or cancellation and refund. I chose the second option, and got a refund quickly. 3 stars for their efficiency in the refund. The 2 negative stars for sort of hiding the real delivery times, so you are paying for sth not true.
I really hope they can improve their business and start getting good reviews as a consequence!

DONT ORDER. COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

This company are con artists. Nearly 2 month I waited for my delivery and I kept getting the exact same automated response of why it was delayed and it’ll be here next week. I then cancelled and asked for refund which I was promised and I am still waiting on my refund. Again, the exact same automated response about why my refund was delayed and it’s on its way. I’ve now reported them to my bank and also citizen advice. All the reviews are the exact same so I don’t know how this company hasn’t been shut down yet

I was happy to learn that the sidetable set's wood came from a sustainable and environmentally favourable source.

Coffee tables rusted and poor quality
My coffee table’s finally arrived after two months. Some parts of the metal is rusted. They are not sturdy at all , of poor quality and the metal parts have what look like dried water marks like they have been stored on a damp storeroom. I definitely will be returning them . Hope they refund the shipping cost. I regret ordering from dekordump .

It would be zero stars if that was an option. Do not order from this company. Huge delay in my order and constant excuses about why it is delayed. I have requested a full refund quoting my consumer rights so will see the response to that is. I really wish I'd checked out these reviews before I ordered so please heed the warnings and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!

I don't really do reviews but this I had to worst experience ever.
Absolutely terrible company, I have been waiting 2 months for a order which never arrived, they gave me numerous dates but never delivered the order, when I asked for a full refund, they started making excuses,
I paid with a credit card and they said said that I paid using PayPal,
When I stated this out to them in a email, all correspondence STOPPED.
No more response, Hopefully I will get my money back.
But the hassle of dealing with this company has really been upsetting.
Never buy from these people, personally I think that this company is a front to SCAM people.

I ordered a coffee table that has taken 8 weeks to arrive after chase up. Now that it has arrived. The glass is shattered and broken in pieces.
