Avoid These Crackpots!
I paid over $100 for a lamp and was sent the wrong parts to put it together. After sending them photos and videos of the wrong parts, they suggested I just go to the hardware and find my own parts! After I refused to do that, they then asked me to send them the correct size of the parts I needed--FOR THEIR OWN PRODUCT!

Purchased two sconce lights for a total of just over $300. I did what I thought was good research, but apparently not. It’s been 9 weeks - shipping label still says created only and no tracking info displaying - reached out to customer service who gave me a date that has also now passed and no product has shown up.

The company responds when I write them for an update but I just want my light. I hope it's a good product when it gets here because it's going to be a bear trying to return it!

Don't fall victim to this site. The products are marketed as the real thing, in name and stolen photos, but they are not. I ordered the Julia Victor pendant lights which are a collaboration of Shades of Light and Chris Loves Julia. The real product is manufactured in Virginia. After a month of waiting for my purchases I contacted the customer service team so see where my items were as the tracking information they provided showed nothing. I was informed that they were in transit from the manufacturing warehouse in China. AKA a knock off. I then tried to cancel my order, or receive a shipping label to return the fake items. After 17 emails back and forth I still don't have resolution. Don't waste your money here.

Order took much longer to actually be shipped than I was told (was told it would take one week), and it took 3 weeks to arrive. Ordered early-August and got it the first week of October. Came as described, though, and very securely packaged!

Terrible return service!!!
I ordered two lamps. It took more than 6 weeks to arrive, and at that time our project had almost finished so we decided to return one. Although it is claimed on the website that this is easy return, the customer service gave me two options: return the lamp to China with a shipping cost of $120 (the lamp is ~$100), or refund 40%. The lamp is new in box (we never opened it), and we feel being lied to face because it is not easy to return at all. If you are attracted by its return service, please stay away from this business.

Worst company ever out of China
Worst company ever out of China. I ordered an arch lamp with a little table and it took over 3 months to get to my house, I canceled the ordered on my credit card after 58 days and when it arrived and I assembled it, it didn't work. I was told to send pictures that I might have assembled it wrong, I was told a new cord would be sent, I was told to watch a video and take it apart and reassemble it. I have been emailing them every day. I told them to send me a return label I don't want it and was told I will need to pay the money from the credit card and then they will give me my money. They do not give return labels, it is a big lamp that will cost probably close to $50 to return a lamp that never worked!!!

Buyer beware of Poldina lamp knock offs
Should have read the review about the Poldina knock off lamp before I fell for the scam too. I purchased the Poldina Lamp and they sent me a knock off in a taped up old box 2 months after I placed the order. I had to email to get an address to return the item and they would not provide a return address label. The customer service is argumentative and unprofessional, delay tactics to prevent returns. I finally got an individual's name to send the lamp back to, but again had to follow up to get my refund. I have not gotten my shipping refund yet and they are refusing to refund stating that I had 'personal' reasons for not accepting their knock off in place for the advertised new Polina Lamp. What company tells the customer they have 'personal' reasons for returning an item?? They shipped a knock off in place of a new Poldina lamp and they should refund the shipping.
Unprofessional and unethical business practices.
