Our shipment has been stuck in France since September as they have not paid their staff and the staff has blocked warehouse. We have been emailing the owner Jean - Christophe Maerten and manager Julie Sachot to ask for assistance but we have been ignored. No one seems to care and we can’t get our shipment…
My wife’s employer mandated this company to move our personal effects from France to the Uk. We are serial expats and this was our 5th international move. This was by far the worst of the 5. This company was not on time, their staff were poorly trained and equipped (they didn’t even know how to use their own forms so we had to do them for them!), they had a bad attitude, their packing was poor (items were dropped and broken before being packed!), they had no process whatsoever etc. Mover beware. More overriding impression is that they subcontract work to local companies with no oversight or quality control.
they were great! We had furniture in storage with them in London for years. When it came to inspecting it, separating It into 3 lots for 3 different destinations to be picked up on different dates, we thought we had a huge challenge. They made it easy, inexpensive, and provided pleasant and personalized service throughout the process.
We recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs moving or storage services. Again, they were great!
